Excellent Customer Service, although there is usually 2-3 customers here at a time and only 1-2 employees ... and the owners are extremely involved with making sure the customer gets everything they need (so it may take a little longer than just walking into a regular store) but at least you know your getting exactly what you came in for! They also offer classes for adults and children, which I have not yet attendeed, but seems like a pretty cool concept. Absolutely horrible. Small. Dimly lit. The woman was rude to me, didn't seem to want to help me after I asked a question. It was hard to get around the store using a walker. R Then proceeded to allow someone in the store (who blocked the entry/exit way) without her mask on while they carried on a conversation. Definitely will not be back. Highly disappointed. I understand we are all frustrated with mask wearing, etc, but THIS is the reason why we all will continue to have to wear a mask because of ignorance like this. Horrible...

The owner is Amazing!! So helpful! I get sugar sheets for cakes printed by them and they are always quick and helpful. I wouldn't be able to make the cakes I have without their amazing assistance. Not to mention there's so many other things you pick up for your baking needs while you are there. The chocolate they sell for cake pops and I use it for ganache is soooo good. High quality.
