GioFano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Stopped by on my lunch break and ordered a quick bite to eat, a Greek salad. Counter girl said it would not be very long.. great because I don't have much time. First time I had ever been here and I was looking for something quick and tasty to eat. That was at 11:58 I place my order. I went and waited in my vehicle for my order to be ready I stopped back in after a few minutes around 12:10 and I was told that nobody boiled eggs the night before so my food was not ready yet and 10 more minutes it would be ready. At 12:28 I returned and I was told my food was still not ready unless I wanted it without eggs and it's going to be 5 more minutes. I left the girl at the counter no I don't have 5 more minutes I have to return to work I only get a half hour lunch break and now I need a refund on my credit card and I get to go back to work hungry for the rest of the day. Since i am a woman of my word and i was intouch with the owner and he informed me of some staff changes he had made and gave me a credit if i would try one more time. So yesterday i did and i did not use the credit I ordered3 lunch specials and they were perfect!!! we reallyed enjoyed our food and it was was a good feeling to know the owner is a man of his word as well!! Ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese, lettuce tomato Mayo and fried onions and when I got home the sandwich was cold and the extra cheese was three layers of cold cheese under the steak. I called up they offered to replace the sandwich so I drive all the way back to the restaurant to get my replacement and then all the way back home only to open the wrapping to find a steak sandwich with Mayo fried onions lettuce and tomato. With what seemed like a bottle of oil on top of it all. The only reason I’m giving a 2 star for this purchase is because I literally just purchased the same exact sandwich two day ago and it was amazing.
