I'm crushed.gregs was only "good" roast beef 3way left in town.found out hard way they're gone.new place doesn't even announce name over phone.been ordering and thinking like damn gregs is slacking for last month but it was a completely new place lol.think they're called Andrews now.times are changing.gona miss those guys.this place NOT Gregs.guy who answered gets annoyed when i ask for "light on the meat" but that was my order for years and years before they took over the phone number.kind of rude to assume an order is weird if you took over a phone number used by regular customers for years.i ordered light on the met from last 5 different places who owned it lol never once got any setbacks from it.guy who owned greggs even said my type of 3-way had a name called "the slider" so it cant be that strange.and the roast beef was grey and chewy like steak.cant over cook roast beef that's just a hard no.delivery driver,i knew for many years,was upset with the change also.other places sell sloppy joes advertised as 3 ways lol. they just dont make them like they used to.they sell clearly if these places are called "roast beef joints" youd think theyd put in effort into them.the pizza isnt outside average also.very basic.#RIPStevesRestaurant miss 3 way baskets and Killer Instinct. I ordered the chicken broccoli ziti Alfredo which should have been on special for $10.99 I got charged $14.99 and it was the worst I have ever had the sauce was to thick not creamy at all. I also got a side order of honey BBQ steak tips and they didn't even look like steak tips more like they cut up a big piece of thin steak and passed them off as steak tips they tasted horrible. I threw out over half of each out tsince I couldn't stomach the taste. Will never make that mistake again. I normally always go to Mike's place but since the pasta was on special at Greg's which they charged me full price anyways. From now on I'll be ordering my food from Mike's place cheaper prices and the food tastes a lot better especially the steak tips and the pasta. I will say my uncle ate his buffalo finger dinner and didn't complain but he will eat almost anything lol. It cost around $56.00 for all 3...

If I could give 0 stars I would me and my husband ordered dinner almost 2 weeks ago now and somehow the tip was messed up and instead of a 2$ tip they charged us 200$ for a tip i called immediately and was told it was refunded right then and everything was allset. Well 2 weeks later and still no 200$ both me and my husband have tried reaching out over and over again with the same response "We did your refund so it's not our problem anymore, this was your mistake call your bank" well we've contacting the bank and they are telling us a refund was not made so please dnt waste your money at gregs.
