If I could give zero stars I would. I know people say one star and five star reviews are fake so I'll make this a two star because this is not fake. This place charged us $31 for the smallest amount of subpar, overcooked, lukewarm food I've ever had. What I would normally get for half of the money (beef and peppers, rice and two egg rolls =$16 to $18) was outrageously expensive. We got it to go and there were no napkins or forks. Not to mention an unexplained, small swimming pool, of duck sauce on top of the regular cup. The rice was bland and dry while the peppers were cut the size of my face and coated with a thin slimy substance in some sort of tasteless gravy with the worst, overcooked, chewy, flavorless "beef" you could imagine. Terrible service, poor food, and outrageous prices. This place is hot garbage.

In spite of its unassuming exterior this place delivers where it counts. The drinks are strong, like really strong, double pours at least. The food is solid: BBQ, seafood, and Chinese all made to order. And all of this for a reasonable price. Granted, it's a dive so don't expect cloth napkins or candles, but it's a lively diverse, friendly crowd—at least they were friendly to non-locals. Anyway, check it out for decent casual food with a memorable experience.

Used to be the best chinese restaurant on Cape Ann (Dragon Light now merged into Pilot House). Routinely have issues waiting for a server for pick-up orders, often because they are in the kitchen chatting. My last order was for boneless ribs and teriyaki chicken. I received bone-in ribs and burnt chicken teriyaki. Cannot reccomend.

Just so people know this "WAS" one of my favorite places to order or and to eat this being said it took about 10 minutes to order by phone and the portions were a joke, not sure whats going on down thete but Im very disapointed. They should have two differant phone numbers for asian and Pilot house because ordering is a joke when it takes about 10 minutes to order because they are passing the phone around trying to figure out how to fill an order, they should have it down pat by now seeing the years dragon light have been there.,second I dont know who made our meals but it was terrible.Done with Pilot house.Almost brought it back but didnt waste more of my...

Its great due to the fact that they serve food until 2 a.m....which is fairly decent. Good sized portions. The downside is that the place is also a bar, an extremely bright bar! They should seriously consider taking the lighting down a few watts...its even brighter in the bathroom, you almost appear green when looking at your reflection in the mirror. The other odd thing about this establishment is the diversity of it. They serve bbq, seafood, Japanese, chinese and sushi but suddenly after 12 am its strictly sushi and chinese. Overall it is okay. I would not set out to go there unless everywhere else serving...
