This place is a great place to catch breakfast or lunch. The breakfast menu is very reasonable. Don’t miss the link sausage straight from Nahunta Pork Center. The grits are also “spot on” and just perfect as regular grits go.

The prize is lunchtime. Each day B&G features between two and four daily specials. Call-in and Take out orders are handled in a very quick and orderly way so call ahead for that or just order from the counter. Take out Daily Specials do not include complementary tea.

THERE IS ALSO A ROBUST MENU FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE especially Shrimp Plate or Freshly Made Burgers and Pork Chops. They are known also for their Delicious Chicken Salad which many people take home by the pint/pound.

This Restaurant, B&G Grill, is truly WHERE THE LOCALS EAT as many “Regulars” eat there several times a week. The staff is very busy and largely friendly.

I phoned in my order and arrived to the tent and was the 2nd person waiting for staff to come out. Once the female came out, I told her that I already called in my order and gave my name & order. The female began taking orders, two other staffs came out, I told one of them that I was waiting to pick up & gave my name, meanwhile the guy stood and talked with the 3rd person that arrived. As I stood there, the other female & guy retrieved the other people’s orders. I spoke up about waiting and the people that arrived after me are gone with theirs. The initial female told me that I had to let them know that I ordered & that the orders were right inside the door. I explained that I stated to her and the other female that I called in my order, gave my name and food. I MAY BE JUST 1 PERSON THAT THEY LOSE BUSINESS, BUT I AM HUMAN, SPENDING MY $ AND DRIVING THERE WITH ONLY A 30 MINUTE LUNCH TO PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS AND I FELT OF NO CONCERN. Poor customer service! Long story short, I was told the food that I ordered was beef only. I found out once I called back to add on to my order the sausage was beef/pork. I explained to them what was previously told to me and that I could not have pork. The nasty attitude lady at the register tries to still make me pay for the sandwich even though they gave the wrong information. I spoke to the manager and he was very nonchalant so I will not be a returning customer. I will say I have never had this issue before because I have been here several times but hold yourselves accountable for your errors and give good customer service.
