Came here for lunch on the date above. Very impressive and this very well may be the best restaurant in Goldsboro. Tapas style so take note.

Alex was our waiter and he was fantastic from start to finish. Good service. Quick and attentive.

The interior is small, has four booths plus the bar area. Has a full bar and a cocktail menu should you like that. Looks fairly exhaustive from what I can tell. The interior is decorated well with Spanish music playing. Good vibe.

But the food. Was offered by Alex to have food come Tapas style one at a time or all at once. Did one at a time. Sampled the following:

Truff Life ($10): Excellent version of truffle fries and this was a good starter.

Money Mole ($19): Wow! Darn good. Get these.

Choripulpo ($18): Awesome. The octopus and chorizo are a good combo. The dark horse of this is the tostada the concoction is on.

Big Bird ($18): This was my favorite and I ended up getting another one of these. Crispy chicken with the BBQ sauce on the brioche. Heaven.

Burt Sugar Dreams ($10): Crème brûlée. Who doesn't like crème brûlée? Great version.

Food came out quickly and this was impressive as well. Momento nailed my experience in every possible way. I don't remember the last time a restaurant nailed this from start to finish this thoroughly and completely. Impressed. What a great addition to Goldsboro and downtown.

My girlfriend and I were looking for something special for our date night while I was visiting, and we decided to give Momento a try. Right from the start, the atmosphere captivated us... it felt effortlessly inviting and perfectly balanced.

Andy and Arnold warmly welcomed us and skillfully guided us through an unforgettable epicurean experience. Every dish we tasted was utterly delicious, and the beverages were expertly crafted and delightful.

What made the night even more special were the genuine and enjoyable conversations we had with Arnold, Andy, Edwin, and Nancy. Hearing about the restaurant's inspiring three-year journey truly deepened our appreciation for the passion and dedication behind Momento.

Momentous is a unique and stylish new restaurant in Goldsboro! The menu has several amazing things including “the big bird” entree and our party shared two plates of el jefe which is their variation of tuna tartar. We also shared the baby bebeil which was a very dish that literally was to die for! The pricing was good for what you got and the hand crafted cocktails were over the top amazing! Bartender Zoey kept these magical creations flowing while Edwin our server was knowledgeable about both our food and bar choices.
