McDonald's — Restaurant in Goldsboro

I pulled up to Wayne Memorial Drive's McDonald's along with my boyfriend with the intention of purchasing a quick dinner since I had been wanting a Big Mac all day. I pulled in,parked my car and begin to walk in. I was stared up & down and the employee says to the manager (I guess thinking I wasn't close enough to overhear) "YOU got orders, i'm not taking THAT!" in a condescending tone of voice. I don't know him and he doesn't know me, so i found that to be very rude and not the least bit professional. The manager walks over to the counter, and before she could say anything I said to her "That's OK, he doesn't have to take my order" She apologizes, but I proceed to say "You know what, I am fine I don't want anything to eat from here.That was very rude, and so uncalled for" I turned to my boyfriend, and we left. I did stop to go back in to ask for the 1800 number and drove off. I realized that i had forgotten to ask for the employee's name for the complaint. I called and she didn't answer so i turned around.I walked in to ask her for his name, she notified me that his name was TyQuan, and I left. I ended up driving all the way across town to Berkeley blvd and ordering my food and Benjamin (The Manager) was so nice and helpful. Even though my order was made a little incorrectly, it was the thought that counted.Basically I was thoroughly displeased with Wayne Memorial Drive's service and rudeness and as long as TyQuan is employed there, I will not step foot in that...

Not pleased at all with that place. The last few times I went there to pick up food the same thing occurred every single time! We always get chicken nuggets with honey mustard dipping sauce, fries and a drink and then add ranch for the fries. There first time, I get home I don’t have any dipping sauces at all, which makes me mad as can be to begin with bc that’s what I’m looking for when I wanna eat nuggets. So the next time I go there I order the same exact thing and when I get to the window and they give me my order I ask for extra honey mustard and ranch which they give me one of each. Thanks! I get home and once again no sauces in the bag and if I didn’t ask for the extra I wouldn’t have had any. Same thing last night!! No sauces in the bag and when I asked for extra she gave me 2 ranch and 1 honey mustard for a 20 piece nuggets. Seriously!?!? I might could understand if it happened one time, we all forget something. But every single time you order chicken nuggets you don’t have dipping sauce with your nuggets and when you want to add a different sauce for your fries they take it away from your nuggets?!? Come on you gotta do better than that. It’s not that hard to throw some sauce in a bag. You wouldn’t like it either if you didn’t have everything with your order. You should prepare every order like it’s your own or...

After a long night travels with friends we stopped here to grab the new advertised beef quarter pounder. One burger was ordered to be made with out onions. Soon as we get home and started to eat they smelt the onion before the first bite. Thank God before eating due to allergies from them. We than went back to explain our wrong order. Jessica the night early morning manager began to apologize and replace the burger. I was so inconvenienced long night off highway tired than came back. I also explained the allergic part of placing onions on sandwich. She than offered me a pie, drink and hot fries but will have to drive back around to receive them. While explaining she didn't know our order was wrong and whoever they is smh but I'm guessing her staff but anyway I said we didn't know either until we got all the way home. Jessica bad customer service. Don't offer something someone didn't even order. You could of gave a free certificate for another burger or money back. Oh and she stated we will make it over fresh lol smh really but I would hope so. So unprofessional plus she wasn't even in uniform just mcdonalds hat. Don't have to eat there...
