Premiere Theatre 12 — Local services in Goldsboro

I don’t know how this place has any reviews above a 1 star. If I could give a 0 star best believe I would. This theater and the people who highly rate it have me questioning their hygiene standards and it clearly shows they have no other point of reference and have only ever been to this theater. Where to begin. Let’s start with how dirty this place was. There was trash and popcorn all over the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting. When someone flushed the toilet the sink water cut off. The theater smelled terrible. Lets move on to the actual cinema experience. The floor was sticky. The audio is 10-15 years obsolete. The screen was small, dark and blurry. The seats were ripped to shreds. The fake leather was completely gone on multiple seats and arm rests. None of the side speakers were working. Usually it’s other patrons that take away or ruin a movie theater experience. Until this day I have never seen it the complete fault of the theater ruining an experience. Finally after such a glorious experience let’s move on to leaving the theater. When it rains it pours… The only road leading into and out of the theater flooded and good luck if your vehicle doesn’t have high clearance, because it will be completely destroyed. You have...

Had a group of 6 teenagers running (literally) throughout the theater for entire movie. They sat behind us at first and one of them put his foot up on seat practically in my wife's face. I asked him to take his foot down which he did . They were talking incessantly and loudly, on cell phones making calls and texting , and in and out of theater at least 10 to 12 times during the movie. We and two other couples moved away from them to try and minimize the problem. Someone eventually must have notified management because a lady came in and threatened to throw them out if they didn't behave. Unfortunately the behavior continued as bad or worse. Eventually a police officer came in and stood close to the front for a while and appeared to even speak to a couple of them as they were continuously going in and out but that had little to no affect either as rude behavior continued. In addition to these hoodlums several other people were using their cell phones frequently during the movie. Management apparently has no control over this facility . Horrible atmosphere to try and watch a movie and if you visit expect to be to frustrated and prepared to defend yourself if necessary. No one available after movie to talk to about the...

Went to the 7:20 showing of the Incredibles 2... This isn't my first visit but may be my last. Theater was full, few seats here and there but there was this obnoxious group of 6 high school age kids that sat right behind my group of 6 and two under the age of 2 (who were better behaved than the brats behind us). They were talking the ENTIRE time, and at one point one of the girls kept saying "be quiet I'm trying to watch the movie," but 5 minutes later she was talking just as loud as the others. I turned around multiple times throughout the showing hoping they would just shut the hell up at this point since my group was getting annoyed. The people behind them also told them to shut up which the same girl as previously stated made the same comment. I turned around half way through the movie and said "can you PLEASE BE QUIET?!" They still didn't stop and have ruined the movie my group and I went to see for my birthday. Get some damn people in the theaters to keep brats...
