UEC Theatres — Local services in Goldsboro

Decent theater. Nothing wrong with the screen. The place was kinda a mess and we were there for the first show off the day. There was trash all over the theater, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned from the night before. The temperature was alternatively warm than cold everytime the ac kicked on, so poor insulation perhaps. The volume was a bit high for as small of a room as we were in. The seats were stadium, but the armrests didn't rise and I cannot remember the last time I experienced that. The popcorn was all small crumbs, few large kernals and not particularly fresh. We arrive...buy tickets, walk to our theater just to see a piece of paper that says "Its extremely hot due to AC not working". How about you shut that theater down until its fixed. Maybe move that film to a different room? How about the manager, who rung us up (brunette w/ black rim glasses) inform customers before we buy! Its the little...

Theater 1 has an awful smell. Smells as if the carpet need to be remove due to bacteria trapped in carpet. My son allergies were reacting to the mold/mildew. The words on the screen was blurry. The bathrooms was overflowing with toilet tissue and trash despite it was 11:30 AM! This place needs some love ❤️
