Wendy's — Restaurant in Goldsboro

I pulled into the drive thru window at this Wendy's location on Wayne memorial drive in goldsboro NC, coming from my second acid knee injection for torn meniscus and server arthritis. I'm not feeling my best, it's an early morning scorcher and with Dr orders in hand to go home and rest for t wanted to go home and rest for next 24hrs,this location was a prime choice. I pulled up to menu after having pre-ordered using app. All paid and done I pulled off with my order only to see they did not complete my selection as I clearly made using their app. So now I'm a little Tart and edgey. I pull back around to menu speaker again and I expose the missing item error to the representative. I pull around to window she reconfirms my item and the widow close and just as fast the window pops b ack open with! The best most hottest seasoned potatoes I have ever had. The young black female working the window and her white counter part manager the best best turn around customer response I have ever seen! And mind u my first job ever in life started at Sonic drive in in lake city SC... Bravo to my attendees.....

Edit: Is 2 sauce cups enough for 10 chicken nuggets? Not for me, but this place still charges for extra sauces. I've traveled from NC to NY and they'll give me as many I want (within reason). This place and the one on Berkeley charge extra for each sauce. Why are the owners acting like sauce gestapos? I'd rather go to McDonald's and get as many sauces as I want. No other Wendy's in North Carolina charges for extra sauce.

Check your receipts, folks, they are now charging for dipping sauce. It'll show up as "cheese sauce." No other Wendy's in town does this. I'll be going to Rosewood...

The service here is ridiculous. I keep going, hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Today was no different. Went through the drive throug. I was the only one in line. Ordered a medium SOB combo with a Coke and a medium lemonade. Had to pull forward and wait for the entire order. When they did come out with the order, they were missing the medium Coke. He went back in and came out with a small Coke. I went in to ask for a mesium Coke to replace the small and was given an empty cup to fill myself. The fries were so cold, they were uneatable and the bacon on the burger was so chewy, I just took it off. Plenty of people working, but no ody was doing anything. I...
