Food is phenomenal! Service is quite litterally THE WORST ANYWHERE! 4 out of 5 times I have ordered they have confirmed my order over the phone, telling me to arrive in 15 minutes to pick up my order, only to have them pull my order from the wait check stack and submit it to the kitchen 20 minutes after I get there. The younger staff are rude. I don't know ANY chinese resteraunt where rice does not come with an entree. The teenage waiter ARGUED AND INSULTED a dine in customer who had the temerity to ask for the rice she was promised ON THE MENU. One of their delivery boys has a fake handicap placard that he uses to park in front of the resteraunt. Overall, I would give them 0 stars if the fokd wasn't soooo good! I am beginning to rethink whether or not the lack of service is worth the margin of food...

Just about everything was unacceptably disappointing. Not all awful but it was only actually good once I recooked, re-seasoned, and put an egg in it. While the chow mein, and general Tso’s chicken were not truly disgusting on their own, the same can’t be said for the “fried rice”, which it truly does not qualify as. The word “fried” implies that it has been pan-fried and that there is something else it has been fried with. This rice was mushy, NOT fried, still clumped together, and just inexplicably brown for some reason. There was definitely not soy sauce in it because it was as bland as could be, and the fact that it was so bland made the brownness of the rice very concerning. Do not order online. We placed our order online through their website for delivery and it said it would an hour, which is fine, what we expect. Then at after an 1 hour 10 minutes they called and said they got busy and didn't see our order come through. Ummm, okay?! She ask me if we still want them to make the order? Speechless! I told her, yes I would like the food I paid for. So after 2 hours from when we placed our order we finally received our food. I like this place and the people that work there but this was inexcusable. You go through all the effort to create an online ordering system to go around GrubHub but you can't execute it.
