I had a truly disappointing experience at the Costco food court, all thanks to Coco’s complete lack of professionalism and customer care. After waiting in a long line and placing an order for two pizzas, I was met with nothing but rudeness and dismissal. When I politely followed up about my order, Coco brushed me off almost immediately, offering a refund instead of a solution — as if my time and effort meant nothing.
I didn’t come to Costco for a refund — I came to get the food I ordered and paid for. Her tone was dismissive, and there was zero attempt to apologize or provide an update on my order. It felt like she just wanted me out of the way. This is not the level of service I expect from Costco.
