I got a cortado (50:50 Espresso:Milk). Their baristas are trained and they know what they are doing. They’re not undergrad students, they’re actual baristas (this isn’t Dune). They gave me a perfectly balanced espresso shot with perfectly silky milk. Even the art was awesome and this is an 80-100 mL drink (that’s hard). Solid 5/5 Espresso drinks. They are the definition of a great chocolaty coffee. The roast was a little too chocolaty for a cortado to my taste (COMPLETELY SUBJECTIVE, their shots may fit a cappuccino or a latte better to my taste). The barista is extremely experienced and he pulled a 10/10 shot. I would love to try other espresso roasts from them but unfortunately I only saw one espresso bag for sale (which I bought instantly). I would love to see the owner getting creative and taking more risks on flavor. I would love to see them expressing either more earthy, or fruity flavors in other roasts being sold on the side or as special editions. They are simply too good to not visit and they are too good to mess up a drink by under or over extracting it. The milk was silk!

I love this place. It has a nice environment for hanging out outside and plenty of room indoors to work with table space and outlets. The service is always really good and the people working here are very nice and attentive. I really appreciate that they have great loose leaf teas that they serve in a pot with a timer, which is not something many cafés offer. I'm not a coffee drinker myself, but my friends say it's good. They also have a selection of pastries, empanadas, and other small foods. Great place and I keep coming back!

I would be honest with you: if you like coffee, this place is a MUST. Tim and his crew were amazing. The Latte and Cappuccino are made with perfection - from the amount of milk, temperature, texture, and ....THE COFFEE. Home roasted (you can also purchase the beans) and simply amazing. And why not grab some food as well? The area is cozy, pet friendly, high speed internet, and some games there as well. We visited there 4 days (out of 5) that we were in Santa Barbara. HIGHLY recommend 👌 we will be back soon.

Came in here for the first time and was ready to find a new coffee spot considering all the good reviews I’ve read on here but was shocked at how I was treated. I have worked customer service for 6+ years and always have the upmost respect and kindness when visiting new places, but was uncomfortable when I wasn’t even greeted. Rather I felt rushed to order seconds after coming in and felt completely ignored. I just brushed this off and thought hey maybe she was just having a bad day, but as i stood there waiting for my coffee I saw their attitude completely change when a white woman began to order…. Never in my life have I experienced any form of discrimination and I thought maybe I was overthinking. However after reading some reviews on here and also bringing this up to some of my friends and coworkers most of them can attest and agreed that they have also experienced similar experiences! I am utterly disgusted and disappointed that places and people like this exist. My advice to anyone considering visiting this spot, not only is this place racist but the coffee was also mediocre. Additionally, after reading the reviews and responses, the owners seem extremely incompetent and unable to take accountability. Definitely not a good look. I would definitely recommend another local...

Old Town Coffee is a true haven for anyone seeking a cozy spot to work, unwind, and indulge in delicious treats.

With ample outlets strategically placed throughout the space, it is a haven for remote workers and students. No more scrambling for a power source! Coupled with their blazing-fast Wi-Fi, it's a productivity paradise.

And when the weather permits, their outdoor space has comfortable seating, plenty of shade, and yes, even more outlets – it's an oasis for those who prefer a breath of fresh air while they work or socialize.

You can also take a break and play board games, ping-pong, billiards, air hockey, video games, and more.

The coffee and food is delicious! A local BBQ popup was there for lunch and the brisket was amazing!

The staff members go above and beyond to ensure your experience is nothing short of stellar. They're always there with a smile.

Old Town Coffee is a special place with its combination of great coffee, delicious food, excellent service, and inviting ambiance. Whether you're seeking a spot to power through your workday or simply unwind, this place has it all. Highly...
