I went here panicked after I tried to install an AUX cord adapter in my old Volvo and it wasn't working. Chris, the manager, came out at looked at it and listened carefully as I rambled on about the adapter, the connection, and the cheap little splice connectors I used. He suggested I try a more high quality T-tap connector and when I wasn't sure what those were, he took one apart for me and showed me how to use it. He then gave me several for free. When I got back to my apartment and realized I couldn't get it to crimp properly with pliers, I took it back and he even crimped it for me--all for free! It all works now thanks to this shop and I am SO glad to finally have an AUX input!

Overall, Chris was super nice, professional, and efficient. He didn't judge my semi-botched DIY operation, and even had an incredibly cute French bulldog in the shop. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I would definitely recommend this place for any and all car...

The desk woman is crazy, puts stickers on car windows to anyone who stopped at their parking lot, even with hazards lights on for 30 seconds. Those stickers are very hard to remove. Apparently she loves to escalate and create drama. People like that should be isolated from society and get proper treatment.

Edit: Their comment just proves my point: threatening people, scandalous attitude. The funny fact is that I actually could’ve been their costumer if they would’ve treated people with respect and talked without yelling, I actually needed a tint and would’ve made inquiry.

Casey can sell it but doesn’t deliver and I agree with previous comments, Front desk lady had horrible customer service. I don’t expect them to be in business long, so forget any Warranties. So many issues with van build at Stereo Guys; window seals not installed, Brackets not installed to hold awning down after taking it back in 4 times (owner Casey, said he didn’t have time to get to it) NO ventilation in cabinet for the overheating frig is a big fail. All this over budget and he’s not honoring the Warrenty because I shared this low honest review. He told me to take down the review or he wouldn’t not...
