The reward program is confusing and inconsistent- all reward should just be added to the account by phone number. Rewards are not always emailed as they should be and there is no one to follow up on this with. Have been going to this location since the first week of opening and after todays experience, it is time to move on. Customers dont have time to do all of this. I will reward myself by saving hundreds of dollars by making sandwiches at home. I tried to address the issue with staff unsuccessfully; rather than arguing I paid for the item and left. Good customer service; staff was friendly and professional.Amazing sandwiches. Would be good to see even more vegetarian options. The parmesan rosemary bread is really good.

Decided to give this particular jersey Mike’s another chance and the dropped the ball again . There is literally no one in there and they could not make our orders right . We got back only discover that it was not what we ordered. We called to let them know and they re made it but was rude and just dropped our sandwich on the counter the curly hair cook said “there you go “ why does one have to get home and discover there food is wrong and then drive back to get their food right !...

Once again, the service from the girl, that dresses the sandwiches is terrible. This time she argued with me over whether I had said, mustard or not, and was just overall rude. This is not one time or two times, but this is the third time I have experienced rudeness with her.
