KFC — Restaurant in Gonzales

Quick trip through the drive-through to order my favorite item, which is the pot pie. Its a hit and miss at this location because sometimes the pot pie is juicy and at other times it’s dry. Today was an off day because it was so dry on the inside. I ate two of the wings, but looking at the picture you can see how small they are. I expected more for $6.99. But I will give credit where credit is due. The wings were hot and seasoned perfectly.

Anyway the 3 stars is because the customer service just sucks. I think it has to do with the youngsters that are working. They have no work ethic or people skills. When taking my order through the drive-through, their tone always sound like they don’t wanna deal with me as a customer or I’m a bother. They don’t say “thank you” or “you’re welcome”. It’s the same experience all the time so it has nothing to do with a particular person.

I always check my food before leaving any drive-through and I’m glad I did because they had only given me five wings so I had to go inside (which was technically closed). In addition, they did not tell me I would have an eight minute wait until AFTER I paid for my order.

I’ve had enough bad experiences not to return. I would’ve preferred to spend my $13+ dollars on...

I went to kfc for the first time in years and was quickly reminded why I stop coming here. I only ordered a twelve piece honey bbq wings and a mash potato bowl. Paid 22.26 for two things. I get all the way home it was only six wings. Went all the way back and the lady got rude and told me I fix your order myself I know it was 12. Do y’all think I really would come back and play bout six lil wings. It’s the point you messed up and had a nasty attitude about it. I tried to give her the bag so she could see. I was told I don’t want see that. They have to fix those attitudes. I was very polite about the situation but now I see why people get out of character. The way that lady talk to me. Went to dine in with my dad and bf who speak little English and my dad asked if they had grilled chicken. Young man rudley answered with a smirk and said we don't have grilled chicken here. I was translanting to see what we were going to order and as I asked for 8 Pc family meal the guy rudley said to another worker a lady to come take our order. As she was walked over she had a smile on her face and asked the young guy what happened as she walked over to us. The lady didn't even bother asking what she can get us was worried about the man who was attending us just standing in the corner by drive through. We walked out just very poor service. In general the workers there just dont want to work even when they talk they talk very soft and you can tell they just do t care and don't want to be there. Never...
