I love checkers but OMGOSH, I went grand opening day the line was long (that’s expected) but waiting in-line for 2 hours before you order your food is crazy and food was hell of cold and wrong order! So I said let me try again things maybe different this go round! I go the second time and yet again wait in line for an hour then Decided to walk up to the window, there are 6 employees working and the line NOT moving at ALL!!! So I order a special order and get my food as you can see I SAID LIGHT LEMON PEPPER AND THIS IS WHAT I GET!!!! Some people can’t have all this salt. I WORK AT A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT AND WE WORK WITH 1 or 2 OTHER PEOPLE AND WE DON’T TAKE 1-2 HOURS ON PEOPLE FOOD, IF SO WE MAKE SURE THERE FOOD IS FRESH AND HOT!!!!!

I'm usually a pretty fair reviewer as you can see my history but this place was the absolute worst. Dont make the same mistake as myself and make sure you listem to the reviews like I didnt. I literally have nothing good to say about the food or service. Ordered food and literally waited almost 30 minutes for 3 items. A hamburger, chicken sandwich, chicken buffalo tenders. Not only were all 3 things cold as ice they were so disgusting that I wouldn't feed my dog this stuff. Owner I don't know how your still in business but I would take some initiative and ownership of your store a little more instead of responding to reviews. It's very clear this place is in bad shape and won't be open long..Steer clear of this establishment.

Went to our local store in Gonzales, LA and the service I received at this location was not only horrible, the two young ladies that waited on me were rude and took off out of the building. With no one to wait on me. The gentleman had to come out of the kitchen to hand me the items that I ordered. The two ladies went out to the parking lot to someone's vehicle and then over to sonic screaming and cutting up. 1-12/23, I decide to call the store manager(MAURICE) a call to let him know what I had experienced and was not given any doubt that they were in the right and had done nothing wrong, as the pictures speak for them selves. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR OF THAT STORE.

Checkers is Awesome. I Love the Food, especially the Amazing, Popular Fries. The Burgers, especially the Big Buford which is My Favorite, and the Chicken Sandwiches, and Chicken Tenders, Bites, and Chicken Strips are so Fresh, Juicy, Delicious, and Finger Licking Good. I Super Love that Checkers/Rally’s have very Fresh Ingredients on all their Burgers/Sandwiches that leaves my mouth watering and wanting more and The food will keep you coming back for more. Checkers/Rally’s Restaurants should be here to stay all over the States, and other Countries as well. I recommend Checkers/Rally’s Restaurants to all around the World. This particular Checkers/Rally’s Restaurant at this address Always serves Me Right and the Food is Always Fresh and Great. This is why I Love Checkers/Rally’s, Their Bugers Chicken, and Fries are Wonderful, and so is the other Food Items as well....

If I could give no star I would this place is completely horrible. Where should I began 1) How the employees are dressed pants hanging off their behind with holes in their shorts. 2) The employees you using profanity. 3) Food was extremely cold and wrong. 4) Was told they could not complete my order cause the grill was off . I place my order online at 220 am app said order will be ready my 230. Got to the store at 245 order was not ready that was when I was informed the grill was off. 5) The employees don't know how to properly address the customers. 6) Employee does not know how to cancel orders. 7) Did not receive my receipt and before I could check my food and ask for my receipt the employee closed the window and locked it in my face. I could go on and on about how horrible this store is but you will be reading for hours. TRUST AND BELIEVE ME I WILL NEVER GO...

Took about 6 minutes from getting into line to receiving my food.

The bacon burger was good (better after i added mustard). The bacon was crispy. There was a lot of melted cheese on the burger. I didn't notice a slice of American cheese, but maybe i just couldn't tell between it and the melted cheese. Overall tasty, though.

Fries were nice and crispy and even had a chicken bite mixed in for me to try, so i was glad I asked for BBQ sauce.

Price of my baconzilla large combo was a total of $10.05

The employees were friendly.

Slight annoyance: i pulled into the right-side drive through since a truck was in the left and didn't notice it was closed until i saw the cone in front of the menu, so i backed up and pulled into the other lane. Should be better marking to show the...
