Arby's — Restaurant in Goodyear

Overall I love a good Arby's roast beef sandwich but sadly the customer service or cleanliness suffers. I pull in at a little after 8pm on a Friday night. When I pull up there are three employees out on smoke break at the first for seater table outside and to the right of the entrance. I had to get out my car and walk past them getting quite the huff of cigarette smoke. Yuck! I'm shocked the main store manager allows this to happen! Normally smoking areas for employees are out of sight and far from the front entrance. I walk in and use the bathroom first. It was dirty but not so bad I wouldn't use the restroom. Three employees are inside handling orders while the other three were on break. They were just keeping up. The dining room floor is filthy! Dirt and black spots are everywhere! About a third of the dining room tables were dirty where you could tell someone sat there and ate their meal. I don't know when the dining room was last cleaned, and when the employees on break came back, no one made it a priority to clean the dining room. I saw a lot of standing around talking (some business, some pleasure) and one person in the kitchen area cleaning. Sadly, you can't really see into the kitchen to tell if it's reasonably clean. The food was good; especially considering the time of day. The ambiance was not great. Not inviting to eat there with the dirty dining room and the loud music that was playing. The music is just a local radio station and when commercials come on it's super loud and annoying. The young girl on the register was extremely polite (thanks Employee 15; I couldn't read her name tag). I'm also super impressed, when she had to sneeze, she covered her nose/mouth with her elbow! Hurrah for proper form! Just wished she also covered her mouth, when she coughed, using her elbow too. Being hygienic is important when you are the one customers see...

Great service, the help was friendly and professional. Food was hot and fresh and we weren't waiting long for the feed - though, it's not like typical fast food. You might wait a little longer but it's definitely worth the wait! The dining area was clean, the tables and seats where well kept, I remember that because we didn't have to search for clean tables like at some other fast food joints. The floors, happily weren't sticky or cluttered with under table nastiness (again, like some other feed houses). I was impressed with my French Dip samich (purposefully misspelled lol) but have never been a big fan of Arby's Season fries. Their regular fries are meh... I did try the onion rings which where fantastic.

My friend got two Beef and Cheddars and a choco shake and was perfectly happy with their quality. We did arrive shortly after the dinner rush so it was nice to have fresh hot food regardless and not heat lamp specials, like at the other place, with the twin arches. Best of all, there where no screaming, crying children or punk ass juvenile delinquents.

Very tired of disrespectful teens who make it a point to try to ruin other patrons meal time, mostly at that other place.

Try this Arby's out, if you're friendly and patient, your food will be fantastic and worth the wait! ...

This particular Arby's had a very rude manager Gracie. She was short and her tone was harsh and aggressive. Our gyro meat was cold on all 3 of our gyros and when I went back through drive-thru and gave ALL the food back she went on to inform me "I don't know what you mean" when I was stating why I felt she was rude and didn't trust her to remake my cold food. Then she went on to tell me a lie, "We're not able to give refunds." Which i know is absurd because all big chain restaurants are able to give a full refund when you give ALL the food back. She said she'd give 3 complimentary meal tickets. She then only brought out 2 because she said the GM wouldn't allow her to give 3. I was so disgusted with her customer service and lies. My son and I then went to the Arby's in Sun City where the service was exceptional and the food was hot and I was informed I could have a refund if I wanted. I'd give no stars if I could to this Litchfield Arby's because Gracie was horrible to say the least. Arby's please get...
