Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Goodyear

8/6/23 at 8:55pm. This place doesn’t even deserve a star to begin with. I personally loved the previous owners but ever since they changed owners this place has just been poorly managed. Not to mention the music that was playing, I felt like I was at a ghetto nightclub. I have already had a bad experience specifically with the new owner of this place, he has no customer service skills whatsoever, and clearly neither does some of his staff. I decided to give this place another opportunity as me and my family absolutely love this ice cream. On this occasion, I clearly stated what I wanted as a paying customer and the young girl that was helping us got the order wrong so I nicely re-clarified my order and she had an attitude due to having to fix it. I needed to order something else but once she was done fixing her error she walked to the register to check me out, at that point I didn’t want anything else from this place. I asked the young girl to provide me her managers information and she stated that she could not give me that information which I told her that was ridiculous because I have a complaint and as a paying customer I have a right to bring it up someone in this place. I then proceeded to ask her what her name was and she said she could not give that information to me either. This place is a total joke! Don’t waste your time...

Workers last night, shift of 3.......U guys really rocked it out! U guys were hella busy! I think I even heard one of u say, " OK, GUYS? IM SERIOUSLY ALMOST READY TO QUIT!!!" I thought, uh oh....... They are swamped and almost ready to be 1 man down!!!??? I sat back and watched how chaotic it was getting. When we arrived, already a full line, here I come with a van of people. I'm house mgr at a group home for Alcoholics Anonymous...... When the employees seen us come in is wen I heard, guys seriously I'm about to quit!!!..... I sat down as my clients got in line and watched! I thought the ship is sinking fast. Shoot, they fooled me, it was like a fire was lit under their butts or something because team work became priority and producing AWESOME customer service was key to successfully completing last night's confusion! Whoever worked Baskin Robbins last night 8:30pm off Dysart/Van Buren I APPLAUD UR TEAM OF 3!!! Awesome job guys, I THANK U for a GREAT EXPERIENCE with my clients to ur establishment. U 3 accommodated my group and every individual issue that surfaced, I dropped my banana split in the parking lot. I wanted to cry but u guys made it right. Again GREAT TEAM WORK. ME AND MY TWO CHILDREN WENT TWO DAYS AGO AROUND 9:45 PM AND I ORDED A BUTTER PECAN MILKSHAKE AND MY TWO DAUGHTERS HAD GOT ONE SCOOP OF THE BIRTHDAY CAKE ICE CREAM, AND ONE SCOOP OF THE CARMEL TURTLE ICE CREAM, WE ALL GOT SICK AS A DOG, I INSTANTLY GOT FOOD POISONING LIKE TWO HOURS LATER I WAS VOMITING SEVERELY BAD AND WAS USING THE BATHROOM AT THE SAME TINE WHILE SWEATING BULLETS DRIPPING SWEAT UNTIL MY CLOTHES WERE WET IT WAS HORRIBLE AND MY STOMACH WAS HURTING EXTREMELY BAD I FELT LIKE I WAS DIEING, MY TWO DAUGHTERS STOMACH STARTED HURTING AND HAD DIARRHEA AS WELL, I AM IN TOTAL SHOCK AND CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS FOR ICE CREAM, I BELIEVE THE ICE CREAM IS DEFINITELY EXPIRED, AND THE MILK THAT WAS USED IN THE MILKSHAKE IS BAD ALSO THIS IS JUST SAD AND I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN I AM STILL RECOVERING AND SORE ALL OVER MY BODY AND WEAK AND MY TWO GIRLS ARE RECOVERING AS WELL THIS IS INSANE AND I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS I BELIEVE THE ICE CREAM IS DEFINITELY EXPIRED AND THEIR INGREDIENTS I WILL BE...
