Doordash order right very simple chicken bowl with rice sour cream guacamole cheese lettuce chips grapefruit Izzy did not get my guacamole did not get my grapefruit Izzy they do whatever they want and then when you try to contact them you cannot get in touch because they don't want to answer the phone so my suggestion for you to do is go in there and order a bowl in the middle of the line then when you get to the cash register don't pay for it what that is going to do is it's going to waste their inventory just like they waste people's time when you order food and they totally incorrectly make your order intentionally and they don't care about any type of repercussions wtf luckily dd refunded me but wow y'all just do whatever you want to people orders.... And there's like a total of 10 chips in a bag by the way no capContact Your Local County Health Department: Maricopa County: Visit the Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services website or call 602 506 6616. I ordered from their website at 10:20pm and it stated that my order would be ready at 10:40pm.
Well, I get there and I end up WAITING AT THEIR PICKUP WINDOW for over 20 minutes. They literally closed while I and another person behind me were waiting for our meals!
I looked in the window and saw all of the young employees just chit chatting and playing on their phones. One guy even looked up and saw me sitting there in my car.
I had to honk my horn multiple times until a young girl finally came to the window and basically asked me why I was there.
Now I'm pretty reserved and it takes a lot for me to get angry. But this isn't the 1st time that this location has shown their extremely poor customer service skills. In fact, this is the 3rd time that I've arrived and had to wait for someone to come to the window, WELL AFTER MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY.
Anyway, I showed her my confirmation email and everything and she tells me that they never received my order. She even went to get her manager and he tells me the same thing. That something has been going on with their computer system.
He response was so robotic and piss poor. He showed no empathy or sympathy whatsoever. What makes it worse is that there was another car behind me that was also waiting for their apparently nonexistent order.
This place is a absolute trash. And by that, I mean the employees. No one there knows what good customer service is. They don't care about the customers at all.
Also, their chat bot Pepper is no help at all and their Contact Support option doesnt always work either. Terrible.
I'll be going to the Litchfield location from now.
Without fail, everything I order a burrito, they screw it up completely. Giving me everything I...
Read moreUpdate: if you’ve had a bad experience at this location and they instruct you to email your complaints to the customer service email or link - they still do NOTHING but lip service and give you NO credit and NO refund to return, even after I vomited my meal back into my burrito bowl after I was finished - so why bother? This is a nasty location and should be closed. Truly awful.
Original review: This has got to be a new location and they have yet to get things right. It was also empty at lunch time. First of all why does the guacamole look like it’s been out for several days? Did they make this two days ago? It should not be dark or brown (see picture). They certainly shouldn’t be charging extra (and they still have to tell you that guacamole is extra, how obnoxious - we GET IT. It’s been an extra cost for AS LONG AS YOUVE BEEN OPEN) - anyway they shouldn’t be charging ANYTHING AT ALL for their guacamole when it looks like this.
The “carne asada” which is also charged at a premium, was gristly/fatty and sliced into pieces that were way too large. I spit out the meat several times because they are not cutting around the fat and gristle, rather they are including it in the cut. For the extra price they charge for this poor excuse for carne asada, it should be a more premium cut of meat - and if it’s not (clearly it’s not), then they should at the VERY LEAST not include the pieces of gristle and fat in someone’s meal. The fact that this even needs to be pointed out tells me that management and quality control is extremely lacking here. This is an embarrassing excuse for a new location and a poor representation of the brand as a whole. Awful. Will not be returning to...
