I went to this starbucks for the first time. My daughter's wanted starbucks to celebrate their school promotions. However, I regret choosing this location. The staff looks like they don't even want to be there. I ordered 3 grande frappuccino, one was decaf. I thought it was odd that the 2 regular drinks were completed first, and then the young man proceeded to make a different order. My husband also thought it was odd, so he informed the young man we were missing one. I'm not sure if it just took longer because it was decaf, but it was how the young man handled the comment that was rude. The young man just responded yeah and continued to make a different drink. Once he decided to make the decaf, he just slid it on the table towards us, turned his back, and said nothing. Not our name, here you go, thank you for waiting, nothing. My daughter, who got the decaf, was confused and didn't understand why it was being handed that way towrds us. She just looked at me sad and said, "Is that mine." This made my husband more upset since he was doing this towards myself and my daughters. Since we didn't want this experience to ruin our day, we left without saying nothing. The customer services here are lacking big time. There is no respect whatsoever. I understand if we were rude and disrespectful, but to behave this way just because we assumed our drink was forgotten shows the lack of manners this young man has. The red head at the register was busy making drinks (understandable) but when she walked over she didn’t greet us, just said “what do you want?” I ignored that- thought maybe she’s had a rough and busy morning. Our drinks came out, I forgot my pastries, rather they weren’t given to me, so I went back drive thru and let them know. The girl at the window with dark hair and green eyes reached out to give me my pastries before I could even get my hand out my car window and let them fall. One fell in my lap and one fell out the car, in the driveway. She said “i’ll get you another one.” Before I was able to say anything and shut the window. I was so in shock I couldn’t even say anything. She then comes and tells me “here, I can give you this for the one that fell.” I said “great, thank you.” Then she very rudely tells me “so what??? You’re not going to give me the other one back?? Whatever, bye” … Before I could even reply she slams the window, AGAIN! How would I give the other one back?? It was on the FLOOR in the DRIVEWAY?? Why would they want it? To re-sell it?? I have never have had a bad experience at a starbucks, I have always thought so highly about their customer service and i’m so disappointed they would hire somebody with so little manners, no amount of training could fix. Read moreI was really excited about this Starbucks opening so I don’t have to go to the estrella one as it’s slightly further and really busy. But I don’t know why I keep giving this particular location chances. Today was the last straw. The first 3x I went they messed up my order. The first time the barista at the window began banging the scanner on the window seam because it didn’t work and was rude. Today was the worst. The barista was extremely rude again, guess they didn’t realize the window was open while we waited for our drinks and one barista began yelling to another. Convo went as so: Barista 1: “why are you yelling at me?!” Barista 2: “I’m not yelling at you, THIS IS YELLING AT YOU!” Barista 1: “is this with soy and sugar free” Barista 2: “yes why are you asking me!”

They then proceed to finally give us our drinks which were sitting for a while and a gift card for $4 off. We are definitely not using it there. Our drinks were so disgusting, I have no idea what they use or if they put something in peoples drinks. They tasted spoiled or tainted with. That’s when we decided we had enough, I didn’t even want to go back for a refund so we just threw them away and went to the Estrella location. Which made our drinks like we ordered...
