For real, We just got a whole chicken meal for dinner worth $43 dollars, so we get home to start to enjoy our dinner only to find out that the ones my sister began to eat were some nasty sour smelling and tasting pieces of chicken. We had already eaten like 5 pieces, which were ok, then my sister smelled another and same funky taste and smell. So my sister called churches and the rudest manager answers the phone and then tells us in order to fix the issue we have to bring back all the chicken, to bring back all the food to get our money back. Which would have been fine, we gladly would have BUT Miriam (the manager) answers and is a complete smart a* B* (forgive my language but there is no way to explain how awful she was on the phone) so we asked to speak to someone above her and she said that we could call her mother, but if we did she would tell us the same thing. So we stop eating, packed what was left, (which was half of the order) and went back to show them how yucky it really was. We got there, went in and asked for the manager. When my sister says that she just called, a woman walks up with a loud bitchy voice and crappy attitude. After calling my sister babe a couple times, she asked us what was the problem so we told her, and asked her to smell the chicken. She refused to at the very least to smell it to know what exactly we were talking about. In a rude and loud tone she proceeded to say that she would switch it out, but we told her that we just wanted our refund like she said she would give us if we brought it back on the phone. We told her she didn’t need to raise her voice at us which apparently only made her yell louder at us. Every time we tried to get in a few words she talked over us, and shut us down by continuing being rude. Then she pulls off a fresh piece of chicken and tells the next customer to have a piece on her, to see if he thinks it’s good. But I was like that’s a fresh piece! You just cooked that. Both my sister and I say, that’s not what is in the box. Then she tells us that we could go into her freezer to check all the other chicken. And my sister said we brought back the chicken and just wanted the refund she said that she’d give us. But she refused to do so and then finally said she would refund the pieces we brought back, so we said that’s fine. But that point I wasn’t so bother by getting nasty ass sour smelling chicken anymore I was more surprised, annoyed and irritated by her attitude, tone, and volume. Never have I ever dealt with a manager of a place with such awful, and I mean AWFUL customer service. And I’m the nice one. I’m the patient, calm one when it comes to speaking to managers about a place service. So that’s gotta say something, when I get pissed and I even begin to raise my voice something is really wrong. I feel bad that if she talked to us like that I wonder how she is with her employees.
So eat here at your own risk and know that the manager Miriam does not have any idea what good customer service is. And know that even if you are nice about an issue she’s going to still be rude and loud. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. We def won’t be going back, cuz chicken should not smell or taste like it did. That’s can not be good and safe to eat. Make sure to smell it and Eat at your own risk. I for sure will be calling to make sure that corporate knows how bad the food and service was, and on top of that the managers crappy customer service. No one should pay to eat foul smelling chicken and also receive a crappy attitude when you let them know their food smells and taste sour.

Read moreThis place is absolutely horrible. I tried to order online there system wasn't working.So I just decided to go there for a s nomall order a 2 piece. Got to t seehe drive thru as l online close at 10pm drive thru 9:45pm so ok I get there order at the lastest 9:20. Now this is the part that let me know the employer employees drive tru attendant is there simply for a check. I sat for over 10-15 as I saw someone take out garbage so I pulled to the window all of a Sudden oh we out of chicken not only are you closing early a don't care about you customer that person and everyone who closed the night shift tonight Oct 31th should be fired I asked for a manager got the run around corporate same thing as they was closing I asked someone else what's your manger. He replied I don't know laughing so in wasting my time gas etc everyone played dumb. Which on the night of Halloween 2 males left way B4 time listed after 3 males and a female was the last to leave!! But no one knows who's run the closing of the store that I could talk to and the last four to leave was one of the guys that said I don't know my manager name!!!! Really.. if I'm starving I'd never ever never go there again. So corporate if you happen to even check your review start with firing everyone that tarnis your location and get people that wanna do the job you pay them for. Start with if I might suggest finding a new night shift. Because again everyone on that shift Halloween October 31st 2023 is there for just a check!! Its sad period. No one has a name when asked or manager thinking they cany be held accountable. Smh I will definitely move this up the chain to corporate so maybe some other establishment care about taking...
Read moreThis location is horrible and it never fails every time I attempt to give them another shot, the horrible customer service and bad food experience is continuously re-lived. The mangers are not managers and the staff is not ever pleasant. I went here for the last time last night and after going to Dysart & Camelback location I’d rather drive an extra fifteen minutes to get quality service. The manager here doesn’t even know the difference between a $ and a percentage(%) wow incredible. They speak to you like your a person that has made them mad and they are trying to avoid being nice and polite to you. But this not just one experience it’s every time, and there is no one to complain to because management is even worst. I’ve been prying that they end up getting shut down, because I get tricked every time I pass the location. Not to mention the food, how they give you old chicken, dry biscuits, and yesterday mashed potatoes. Once i ordered okra and it ended up being dried out, when okra is slimy in the inside (not this okra, it was just dry batter). I know I’m not the only person that has experienced the horror at this location so I’m sure I won’t be the last to write a review, you will see if you choose to ignore not just my review but all the other reviews before and after this one.
