Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Goodyear

If i could give them 0 stars I would. Delivery time 2 1/2 hours for 2 sandwhiches. Arrived cold, old, and dried out. Clearly they had been sitting the entire time. No apology from driver. Contacted corp w/complaint. Recieved a call back a week after and 2 calls from me to talk to someone at location. Was told next time if my delivery goes beyond 45 min, I should call to REMIND THEM to make my food just before delivery to ensure it's fresh....thats my job???? Anyway, was told to call back yet again to talk to manager and recieve refund. Refund recieved. Manager told me she put 2 free sandwiches and a liter drink on my account. About a week later I called to redeem this offer and was told by "laughing" associate that they were "out of sandwhiches ".......sooooo......I had my friend call 10 minutes later to order the 2 same sandwhiches....and they weren't "out of sandwhiches" for him. A terrible experience all the way around. I would never order anything from this location ever again. Terrible business practices, customer service, and food. I did let corp. know through email of my experience. To this date I have heard nothing...

Wow this is the 1st time Domino's let me down! I places an order at 6:23pm this afternoon and it said it would be like 33mins or so for it to be ready for delivery...paid for it online and waited... checked the tracker and said they were out for delivery since 6:43pm and we only live 5 mins from there but well now its 7:30pm and STILL NO PIZZA! So I called and asked to speak to manager and they just put me on hold...finally picked up again and I asked for the manager again and he never took the call! I asked where my order was and the girl said the lady was out for delivery but had taken 2 deliveries out at the same time! She then told me I would have to wait another 15mins to get my pizza! So now I have hungry children at home waiting for pizza to get here longer than expected! And they didnt even offer a refund or anything! I have never had this happen before and am very unsatisfied...

The staff is severely under trained. I made a large order and it took three people to put the order in, only to be told the system wouldn’t let me pay and I had to call in the day of the order to pay. I called the day to pay and the lady connected me to a catering system. I hung up and called again but was directed directly to a hotline and the person said the location could not complete the order as they were not able to make pizza that day. So I placed an order with another company. The pizza from this location was delivered and the front office signed for it. The other pizza came as well and when I called Dominos the manager refused to refund the order since someone signed for it. The manager claimed no one called but I have the call log that shows otherwise. I am waiting the reply from corporate. I will never use this location again and may not use...
