Came in tonight with my boyfriend and his intention of getting a credit card through Old Navy. Not sure why this happened, but we heard the manager and another associate talking about us after asking a cashier a few questions. My boyfriend was looking over the card information and had some confusion about the interest rate and promotion of the card. ( the interest rate is definitely not worth them running your credit btw) So the cashier really couldn’t answer any questions about the card at all, which is funny because they are required to promote applications for it. She radioed her manager and we got our answers and it didn’t sound like it was a good fit for us. We told the cashier, “ No it’s okay. It’s not really worth it if there are no ongoing promotions.” Pretty simple. We walked a bit away from her when we overheard the convo between her and the manager saying. “ Well we didn’t want his card anyway” and the cashier talking back to her in a rude tone regarding us. Not cool Old Navy. I’d rather buy your clothes where they usually end up at the price they are actually worth. See you...
Read moreI was looking to pick up some new pants for the fall/winter season coming up and was interested in finding out some more information about the credit card they peddle every time you check out. I had a few questions about the card because I’m a holder at the bank that old navy uses but for a different retailer. Usually this bank has pretty solid interest rates and good promotions which weren’t listed on the pamphlet, so I asked the cashier some questions regarding promotions (spend “x” amount and get “y” time with no interest). She was rude and was annoyed by me asking her questions, provided practically no clarity, and proceeded to talk about my girlfriend and I mockingly when we walked away. She might not have been able to tell me anything about the promotional value of opening a card but I can tell her the promotional value of buying and using some...
Read moreOld Navy has been a place that my family and I can depend on. This location did not disappoint as they had a lot of clothes in stock. Usually, when there is a sale, you can't find anything left over. However, at this location, there were plenty to go around. My daughter is a big Old Navy fan because she is hard to shop for and can always find her size there. What I do love about this store and Old Navy itself is that there are a variety of clothes and sizes to choose from. If you have a child that are hard on their Jean's for example that plays sports and always manages to get a hole in their jeans, well Old Navy is the place to go. While the jeans maybe a bit pricey, it's worth the price. The clothes are well constructed and...
