I hate hate hate to do bad reviews because I’m a professional private chef and own my own buisness and I understand how tough it can be but unfortunately this has to be said.
I came here a little over a week ago for the first time in Arizona, and me and my girlfriend were stared at and mean mugged by the staff. We waited over a hour to be seated even after I received a notification that they were ready for us. The front staff kept giving me and her troubling looks and there were 4 different walk in couples that asked us if we were in line. We told them no we are waiting. They walked up and asked for tables for 2 and 4 and asked if they accept walk ins and wait times…. The ladies up front glanced at us then quickly rushed them to tables… we did not say anything until they did this a fourth time and I politely said “excuse me we have been waiting here a while have you called my name yet?” And one of the other girls said “oh just a minute we forgot about you”
NOT A GOOD START They continued to make faces like girls would in Highschool . They seated us and the server was actually pretty cool but our plates were dirty and my steak was burnt on the outside and medium rare in the inside, I asked for this medium. We ate we left and that was the end of that.
I did not want to come back to this location but my girlfriend wanted me to give it another try so we did this weekend

That was a good start I let my server CHEY know about my previous experience and she was extremely nice professional and apologetic. She got her managers and they apologized and assured me everything would be fixed and I wouldn’t have this same problem again and that they hired a ton of new people
They had to remake my steak 3 times… I kept asking for it medium and it was so rare even the server said she seen it and they ignored her. The final time I was just tired and wanted to go, they gave my steak well done but I told them it was medium because I didn’t want a fourth fiasco! CHEY really saved me from walking out and did nothing wrong. I hate I paid a full +$100 for this and was ruined AGAIN they didn’t discount the bill or anything I DONT THINK I CAN COME BACK HERE CONVINCE ME OTHERWISE not to mention I ordered for my girlfriend a burger medium well and it came out WELL WELL DONE she doesn’t even know temperatures on meat AND STILL POINTED OUT IT WAS BURNT she pointed it out to me but we didn’t want to get CHEY in trouble The only thing enjoyable were the rolls and sides and I hate this because like I’ve told them it’s not even the fact I’m a chef it’s the fact I’ve been. Read moreI'm disappointed I had to turn my 5 star to a 1 star but today's experience really was frustrating. My family and I waited and 2 hours and 12 mins to be seated. We waited in the car and periodically made sure we still were checked in on the waiting list. They were incredible packed assuming because it was Father's Day. When we got seated we immediately placed our order because we didn't want to wait any longer than what we already had, but our order still took a hour long wait time. My mother and I ordered the beef tips well done, (meaning no pink) and I ordered mines without mushrooms but our beef tips were very much medium rare if not pinker, because there was still blood in them and mine was missing gravy. We kindly ask our waiter to fix our order so that our beef tips were cooked to well done. She took our plates back and when they were returned they were still pink, and with close inspection we noticed that there was no change in them at all they weren't even warm, the beef tops were cold, meaning they just sent our plates back to us. They still didn't have grave on it so we asked for it on the side. When we inquired about how our order was still not corrected, they took the plates back again and gave us fresh beef tips only they were still not well done. Very much bleeding more profusely than the first time and my orders onions were removed, not the mushrooms. We once again told them our order was not correct so they just took the items off, but we didn't stay and eat, because after all the waiting and back and forth to correct our order it just wasn't even worth bothering anymore. Overall the entire time spent was 6 hours there. That is a quarter of they day spent on an order that isn't even right. To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience we had at your Goodyear location last night around 7:45 PM. We made two reservations for a party of eight to celebrate a special night—our son’s eighth-grade promotion and our daughter’s kindergarten promotion.
We kindly asked the host if our tables could be placed near each other. When we were finally seated around 8:15 PM, our tables were on completely opposite sides of the restaurant. One of the tables we were sat at had enough seating for 10 people, so we asked if we could simply combine our group and all sit there together, especially since two of our children are toddlers and space was not an issue.
Shortly after, the manager, September, approached and very abruptly told us we had to get up and move to the other table. Her tone was aggressive and dismissive. I tried to calmly explain that we were just trying to enjoy a family dinner and were even willing to reduce our party size if that helped resolve the issue. Still, she refused to make any exceptions, insisting we move, even though nearby we saw other parties of more than six seated at smaller tables.
Her behavior upset our children—some of whom began to cry due to the confusion and the way the situation was handled. What should have been a joyful family celebration turned into a stressful and hurtful experience, and we ultimately decided to leave without eating.
We’ve visited this location often and have seen larger parties seated at the very same table. What we were asking for was both reasonable and respectful. Instead, we were met with unnecessary hostility that completely ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful evening for our family.
