I am writing this review today because of an experience I had this morning. I frequent this location regularly and always have amazing service. Jackie and her team always deliver the best service when it comes to preparing my drinks with a positive attitude and a smile on their face. Today however while I was waiting in line the elder lady behind me was harassing me because I have my dog with me. She was ranting and raving getting in my space telling me my dog is not allowed in the store. I asked her not to speak to me as I do not have time for her negativity. Nor do I have to disclose to her that my dog is in fact a registered service animal for my PTSD. She was so bothered that my dog sniffed a bag of packaged coffee beans. Once I got to the counter she proceeded to get in my space again before I can even say hello to Jackie at the register she proceeded to talk over me asking for the manager. She proceeds to complain about my existence and my dog being in the store. My dog jumps up, this is what she is trained to do when she senses I am about to have a panic attack. This sends the lady over the top. Saying my dog is trying to jump on the counter. Jackie kindly asks me if I plan on staying or ordering in but the angry lady named Deborah persistently decided to talk over the both of us causing a huge scene in the lobby that was completely unnecessary. Threatening to report Jackie for allowing me to be there with my dog. Jackie kindly asks me to step outside to calm down the situation. Legally I did not have to step out but this was causing a huge trigger for my disability so I agreed. My dog was not wearing her vest but by law is not required. My main purpose of posting this review is due to the fact this angry lady kept threatening to report Jackie and her location and there is literally was not issue other than this lady having a stick up her you know what. It is the people like this who feel entitled that cause issues to good people doing their best job. It is not fair to the team at this location to be brought down by people like this. Nor is it ok for them to assume I do not have a disability or my dogs role. So for all of the amazing service at this location 5 stars to Jackie and her team for always remaining professional and delivering great service, and a venti cup of positivity for Deborah because she...
Read moreThis Christmas season, I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Starbucks, and I just have to rave about the incredible experience I had! The store was buzzing with holiday cheer, and despite the hustle and bustle of the busy season, the team was absolutely phenomenal. A special shoutout goes to Isaac and Kyla, who went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and valued.
Isaac greeted every customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, effortlessly balancing efficiency with friendliness. He made my day brighter with his positive energy and quick wit, even while managing a seemingly endless line of customers. Kyla was just as delightful, crafting each drink with care and precision while making sure the holiday magic shone through. You could tell how much effort she put into making sure every order was perfect.
The whole team worked together seamlessly, tackling the holiday rush with smiles and festive spirits. It was heartwarming to see such dedication and teamwork, especially during one of the busiest times of the year. They didn’t just serve coffee; they created an experience full of warmth and joy.
Merry Christmas to the entire Starbucks team, and a huge thank you to Isaac and Kyla for spreading holiday cheer and working so hard to make everyone’s day a little brighter. Your hard work and kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and I’m so grateful to have started my holiday morning with such a wonderful team. Here’s to you for keeping the Christmas spirit alive, one...
Read moreChristmas Day which I understand is a busy day. Store hours said open until 2pm I arrived at 1:25pm when another lady was told she cannot enter because they were so backed up and he wanted to enjoy his holiday too by the supervisor ISAAC on shift. I walked up he told me no more people are being allowed in since they are thirty minutes behind which at the end of the day shouldn’t matter since your open till 2pm. Per Starbucks operation hours it states employees cannot close early just because they choose to even if they are behind ,any changes in hour need to be through proper protocol in advance. If he would gone back to help his team like a supervisor should he would have been able to help out with the orders instead of standing at the door being a GRINCH and shooing people away. His managers name JACKIE believe last name was BROWN. Very poor services especially coming from a supervisor! I will be reaching out to corporate and I’m not big on leaving bad reviews but this really pissed me off how ugly his behavior was and shooing away families with little ones excited to pick up some hot chocolates...
