Food was good service was not that satisfactory. Went through the drive thru gave my simple order of a French dip meal with a large DR.Pepper and fries. I get to the window paid and was handed a regular size cup so I politely told the girl that it was supposed to be a large drink and handed it back. Well you would have thought that I asked her to remake my whole order and wrap it up in gold. If looks could kill I would have been done for. The time before me and my husband went inside and the guy that took our order couldn't focus on what we were trying to tell him, he was so worried about what the other workers were doing behind him to concentrate on our order for 2 minutes. Every other time we have went they have messed up our order so bad. Not giving us what we asked for and just giving is somthing completely different or forgetting a whole bag of food or not making it the way we asked. The workers dont know how to act in a work place the younger ones are rude and only want to play around with each other. Only a small hand full of the workers are polite and fix what was wrong and apologize for the mistake. Get new crew keep the polite ones and I bet things...

So precious in fact that you actually begin weighing and scrutinizing everything in your life that uses and needs it based on their importance to you. I would normally not take this time out to Thank a restaurant for making right a mistake, not because i'm not grateful because I really am but really it's not a huge deal. They made a mistake, I called, they fixed it. Done. Usually that's the way it is. However, I was lucky enough to have my "mistake" taken care of by the night Manager Heather. (sorry I didn't get your last name.) She really went out of her way to show that how it happened and that it was taken care of was important to her. You can tell that she not only cares about the way the customers are taken care of while she's on duty but that she cares about the image of the business that she works for. Young black lady at the window (name on receipt says Bryoni) had zero customer service from the moment she took our order to not addressing me for 5 while staring at the window because she was just standing there. and i get its arby’s but seriously don’t be rude to people for no reason. We were the only ones there and it took over 20 mins to get our food. While waiting i was looking in the window bc the entire shop is open and the young lady came up to me all aggressive and asked me if i had a problem. I said no and she slammed the window shut. When handing out the food i asked why she thought i had a problem and she explained, while shaking all nervous because i’m sure she didn’t think i’d confront her, that her “mama told me that when people be staring at chu that they got a problem w ya so i came up because you was looking in the window too long” LIKE IM SORRY YOU HAD TAKEN OVER 20 MINUTES FOR 2 Gyros and curly fries.
