If I could give one star I would. Ordered Mobil order due to food allergies & customizations. Waited for order 20 minutes after pick up time - when they were NOT busy. Was given an attitude when I asked for the items missing out of my order. 2 sides of chips. One girl ghosted me rather than getting me what I needed, guy that did help me was really the only kind person in the place , yet doesn’t have much of a pep to his step. After having many issues with the other Summerville store we decided to come here - just as bad. Got home 25 minutes later to find out my bowl was missing the fajita veggies. I always order extra … it’s my favorite part. I ordered a salad - had a whole 3 pieces of spinach & more rice than my husbands rice bowl had. Called the store. Got hung up on after calling 3 times. Decided to run back up there so they can make it right. Explained to the girl what happened in a polite manner. Another girl comes up asking “what my problem was” explained what happened & asked for the $20 bowl of an over $50 order to be made correctly with fajita veggies this time. She started getting loud with me. She’s like we don’t have them. I said how can you not have them I saw the guy making a whole grill of them when I was picking up my order. Oh well we must not have had them at the time of your order so we didn’t put it In. I said well I’m here now so make it right please. The girl argued with me claiming they didn’t have any and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Went into saying that if the front serving area doesn’t have any they don’t take the toppings from other places in the store because it “messes them up at the end of the night” I explained people customize their orders how they want them… & if I didn’t want fajita veggies I wouldn’t have added them in my salad. So who’s right is it to edit my bowl and not tell me. Specially when I had stood there for 20 extra minutes while they weren’t busy for two sides of chips. Lady tells me they were short staffed yet they had 3 people on the grill & 5 people chit chatting playing on their phones vs helping customers. Told her I didn’t care if I had to wait a few more minutes for my order to be made right but it’s unprofessional for me to have this many issues every time we order from chipotle. She had the nerve to clap back with “well then why are you still coming here.” Told me she’d make my bowl just as it was with out fajita veggies and the guy that was on the grill the first time I was in to pick up my order said but we have them. Customers were shaking their heads at how she was reacting with me & after that experience compiled with all the others my family and I will never support chipotle ever again. We have been lifelong customers and eat here once a week…. That’s ALOT of money to be spending on a company who clearly...
Read moreI was really excited when this new Chipotle opened up nearby since I haven’t had it in almost a year. Unfortunately, my excitement didn’t last long. The food itself was fine, but the staff completely killed the experience.
This happened today at 8:50 PM (August 17, 2025). I accidentally ordered “light cheese” on the app and simply asked if I could get a little more. The young blonde woman acted clueless and said she “didn’t think she was allowed to do that.” Then another employee came over, practically threw the bag at me, and rudely snapped, “It’s already made. Just put it on the side.” That level of disrespect is ridiculous for a brand-new location that should be trying to impress customers.
The staff come across as completely untrained, lazy, and rude. I get that this is a new store, but there’s no excuse for treating paying customers like they’re an inconvenience. If this is how they operate from the start, I can only imagine how bad it will get once the novelty wears off.
Save yourself the trouble and skip this location. Go somewhere else where they actually care about service, because this place...
Read moreI've tried this Chipotle twice and not happy with the service or food. The facility is new and clean, but the food is not properly made. The first time, I had used the chipotlane which was about two weeks ago. The food was cold when I received it. It was also missing salsa on both orders, which we were not notified about. Each order filled only half of the container also which was very disappointing, especially since I ordered double meat which is an extra cost. Overall, it really did not have any taste. The second time, I went inside to order the bowls which I just did today. It was properly portioned this time, but the carnitas were overcooked and seemed like it had been out all day. I didn't even finish the bowl because it tasted so bad. The chicken was over seasoned to where it was too spicy too on the other bowl that I ordered. I will be driving to the further locations to avoid any problems like this again...
