UPDATING….. I swear this store has done a complete 180 since I first started ordering from here. Some days are better than others but I can taste the love these amazing employees makes our pizzas with ❤️❤️❤️I know everyone has bad days but I feel like the staff here actually cares about the customers. Customer service post Covid is almost non existent because the customers are cry babies about a wait time but I will always prefer hot fresh food versus cold and old. This same reason why I’m a Burger King fan. Thank you to the staff for always giving me great pizzas!!!!!
Update: I just wanted to update from my previous review. To the staff you guys are really stepping it up. The food quality has improved tremendously with my last two orders. You guys have always been very fast at getting my order ready. Thanks again for some delicious pizza 🍕🍕🍕🥳
June 29th I have the worst luck with ordering pizza from here. My Husband Layne ordered four pizzas on his app and two of them are so burnt and hard we can’t eat them. He’s on the way to have them replaced so I’m 10 minutes on hold right now and nobody has gotten back on the line. It’s becoming ridiculous and no managers or anyone from corporate has responded back from the incident below. See pictures we ordered two of the same pizzas and one is beautiful but the other no🤢🤮🤮
Wow that’s all I can say for Robert!!! He’s very rude and has zero clue how to be in customer service. I do apologize for not wanting to repeat myself several times. Word to the wise to order special requests like an extra sauce before you submit it because he’ll continually ask you same question like yeah $.50-$1.00 for one sauce is one thing but when you order so much you see$5-$6 of mistakes it’s laziness not a mistake and then hang up because they continually hang up on you is just sad, really, really sad. After being put on hold and finally driving up and ordering in person while still on hold they got the order wrong. Well the lady up front grabbed the wrong boxes as my correct order was up there. But I jump ahead. So while ordering in person and still in hold I was told about 25 minutes. I went back out to my car where still in hold I decided to wait. After 45 mins of being on hold I finally hung up when a driver said what's the name I'll check on it for you. Told her I already ordered and had about 15 mins to go. Waited the 15 went back in and was handed 2 right boxes and 1 wrong one. Glad I checked because I would have left with a wrong pizza. They remade the one pizza ( stuck my other two boxes on a shelf ) when the new one was ready I took the new hot one and the now two cold one's home only to have the cook tell me it was up there the whole time . Now I know everyone makesistakes but I watched the lady who does phones just standing there while I was on hold with the phone iny pocket and heard the hold signal beeping while I was inside. Not to mention last night I called and was first call asked if I could hold only to have phone set on counter so I could listen to everyone until it was just hung up and tried to call back but it rang for about 15 minutes until I finally gave up and went to taco Bell . Not just the first bad experience here but one of many. Read moreI ordered at 9:10 pm. At 10:10, after the tracker showed my order as being inspected for 40 minutes I called the location. Nathan answered the phone and told me I would have to deal with it. I explained to him that I wasn't interested in paying for cold pizza and he would only respond with one line: "I'm not remaking the order." After explaining that it's been well over an hour, Nathan decided to tell me that I was being unreasonable and he would not remake the order. I then asked for a refund; and this is when he promptly hung up on me. At this point I drove to the store to confront Nathan face to face. While in the store he reiterated many times that he would not remake the order saying the order had already left the store. Only after a long exchange he agreed to refund my money. When I got home, my pizza was there cold and old just like I had claimed. Had Nathan just been upfront and honest with me about current delivery/working conditions, I would have be more than happy to oblige their situation and used my oven to reheat the pizza when it got there. But Nathan was neither upfront nor honest. He was mean, confrontational, and demanding. Nathan was the antithesis of what a quality customer service representative should be.
