I used to come through almost every morning at 5 am. Now with the new morning crew, everything is bad. Almost everytime their system is down and only accepting cash. Hash browns are always undercooked or overcooked. Burritos underfilled or old and hard. Bagels swimming in breakfast sauce. Sausage muffins are hard as a rock. Crew looks like they just dont care. "What do you want" isnt the way to ask someone for their order through the drive-through. The only thing you can depend on here is the coke. Simply because the only thing they prepare is the syrup bag, a lid, a cup and a straw. I have no clue how this store even profits. Everyone i talk to at my work say they avoid this place. Completely understandable now. Like, why do i get pulled forward with no one behind me for 10 minutes for a burrito that gets rolled and microwaved and a hash brown that takes 3 minutes and 30 seconds to cook? Dunkin is straight across the road and thats where i go. That or speedway for breakfast. I cant even call and complain about my order. I tried to call everytime my order was incorrect and no one ever answers the phone. It just rings for 10 to 20 minutes. I worked at mcdonalds for 3 years before and seen people fired for the stuff these people are doing. I would recommend people to avoid this place at all cost. Considering there is way better places around for a little more cost but so worth it. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars. I would go into the negative if i could. And the bad part is, the other locations in goshen are the exact same way. Doesnt matter if i go 3 miles out of my way to avoid this location, the others are...
Read moreCHECK your receipt for OVER CHARGES and unwanted UP CHARGES!!! Was overcharged 10 percent plus tax for breakfast. Charged $5.10 for a #1listed on the menu for $5.00 and $5.30 for a #6 listed for $5.20. Wife answered "black coffee" when asked. I asked for the same when I ordered. Found both of us were charged $.40 for medium coffees we didn't order. Employees were evasive when asked for an explanation and even on who was the manager. I asked to see their business license and health department certificate to obtain the information needed to contact the owner and was refused. In every state I have lived in that paperwork is required to be on display or otherwise made available to the public. I was told to leave after asking Jessica, the "manager" , to confirm she was refusing to give me the information. I have contacted the Indiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office and am filing an online complaint alleging consumer fraud. If this McDonald's is overcharging every customer 10 percent on every purchase they are stealing hundreds, perhaps thousands, of dollars daily from their customers. If this is McDonald's corporate policy system wide then we're talking many millions of...
Read moreThe only reason I gave this a 1 star is because there are no options for a lower rating. I was in the right drive through lane and watched 3 cars go through the left lane and no one trying to take orders in my lane. after three cars I decided to pull around and hope to place my order. When I reached the drive through window I was met with a RUDE girl who said she was the manager and REFUSED to take my order. I asked for the manager and she said it was her. Asked her name and she refuse to give it to me. Asked for her bosses name and she said she wasn't allowed to give out any contact information for anyone. I asked repeatedly to place my order and she flat out refused. This store is notorious for issues and has been for a couple years. I only stop here because it is conveniently located bit NO MORE. I see this place only has a 2 1/2 star rating and I understand why. I passed on all the other issues experienced over the past couple years but this one was just plane rude and refused to take my order. I hope the owner sees this post as I would love to talk to you and explain what a worthless manager you have and how she is driving...
