I applied to this Starbucks location a little while ago for a shift leader position. Unfortunately, I did not get the job and they went with a different candidate, but I wanted to come and say that this was by far the best interviewing process I've gone through.
There was a woman who talked to me named Marissa. Marissa was very kind to me and compassionate, it felt like she cared. Prior to this I was very used to potential employers never calling me back and leaving me wondering if I was getting the job or not. Marissa took time out of her day to call me and follow up about our interview, something that few people have done before. While we spoke in the store, her team even offered me a free drink, which I was very pleased about. :)
