Update 6/25/2024 The rgm called us to disrespect us saying we cussed the worker we spoke with today out. We did not do any such thing. we begged for help to return the fraudulent charges. The rgm is a rude disrespectful human being and threatened us. She Did not try to help in anyway. Only called to degrade us!!!! 6/24/2024 They charged our credit. Card 21 times tonight. Read moreCame through the drive thru, ordered 30 tacos. Barely any meat on them. Call the store and ask about a meat scoop (used to work for TB for 9 years i know the drill) lady walks out to her person to ask if they are using a meat scoop and dude smacks the meat scoop hard enough you can tell that's why there's only a tablespoon of meat on ear of our tacos. $60 for tacos and no meat. Oh and the manager hung up the phone on me after I told her I can hear that they guy is smacking g the scoop and that's why there's no meat on any of our tacos. Will not come back to this one again. Read moreThey incorrectly made my food. They argued with me when I told them it was wrong. Proceeded to make it incorrectly again. Finally the third time made it right but no apologies even when I showed them the receipt that I was right. My son’s slushy was only a quarter frozen. Another customer stated their cinnamon twists tasted like burnt oil. So evidently they aren’t changing their oil properly. Our food at least tasted good after they made it correctly.
