I've been here a few times and when I came in for just a drink at the bar I didn't have a problem. Friendly and attentive bartenders and good beer selection.. However, last time I came in was for dinner in the family dining area. Our server was stand-offish, and we waited 15 minutes with empty drinks while I could see her standing by the server station on her phone and joking around with her co-workers. Then when she finally checked on us she smelled like she had just taken a cigarette break. The food took longer than it should have considering that it wasn't busy. I'm usually fine with long waits when it's busy but 45 minutes for wings when there's maybe 5 other tables and a half dozen people at the bar is unacceptable. I think our server forgot to ring in our order, and if that was the case and she told us and apologized I would have been OK because it happens, but we didn't get any explanation from her and we never saw a manager, not even walking around. Then the wings were lukewarm and looked like they had been sitting around for a while. The server did ask if we wanted them remade but at that point we didn't want to potentially wait another 20-30 minutes. I've never had any of these problems at the other Wings locations in the area, but also at those locations I've seen managers with kitchen aprons on and grabbing refills so I'm guessing this location just has a poor...
Read moreWent on a Wednesday evening, no wait, lots of empty tables. Got offered a table in the bar which was fine. My date and I each ordered some boneless wings, and we ordered some fries. We were waiting for about 20 minutes for 16 wings each and fries, which I think is a pretty long wait for a slow night. There were many people walking around not doing anything and from where we were sitting we could see that there were people standing around in the kitchen too. I thought I'd try some honey mustard wing sauce, bad idea. It was sour and smokey and tasted nothing like honey mustard dips I've had before. The sauce was like glue, and didn't even coat the wings, they just dumped the sauce on top. We were brought one refill between the 2 of us and then the check which 'Michelle' dropped off and said, I'm gonna leave this here since I'm getting busy. Uhhh, you had 1-2 tables other than us. So thanks for making us feel like a burdon on your 'busy' night and never checking on us. Oh, and I should have not left a tip, but you never even came back to pick up the check - I had to go find someone to pay and I didn't want to wait for change. 2 sodas, 2 orders of 16 wings and a basket of fries = $50 waste. See pic of my dry, yet glue covered wings. (taken after they were carried home and jostled around...
Read moreI use to really love coming to Wings... I can firmly say I won't ever be going back. I got the chicken bacon wrap and needless to say it's one of the worst dishes I have ever gotten, fast food places included. First thing, there was absolutely no chicken in the wrap, only 1 piece of bacon on each side. Second, I asked for no tomatoes, but there were still tomatoes in it. More importantly though, if you look at the picture, which doesn't even do it justice, I cannot even begin to describe how much honey mustard sauce was on this wrap. My god, everything was soaked head to toe in honey mustard, the whole thing just tasted like overwhelming honey mustard that I couldn't get out of my mouth for hours (and I only took 2 bites of the wrap and had the waitress take the rest). Even the toothpicks that were in the wrap, when I took them out, the honey mustard was just oozing out, it was the most absurd thing I have ever seen out of a restaurant. Lastly, when we were asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, we said yes, never got them, then were given the check and just left. Needless to say, I paid 10 bucks for a side of fries, and I could of easily went to McDonalds and got better fries for like 2 bucks, just over all a super disappointing experience; I...
