I come here often being my closest Taco bell, hadn't had many issues and all understandable in the past but today takes the cake on bad experiences.
Placed my mobile order as my son was telling them at the speaker so they said pull around because it'll take like 4 minutes. Okay I get that. We are stuck behind several cars.
They went pretty fast and my son who was driving hesitated at the window so I pointed around the building (to the left) and reminded him we have to pull all the way around to give them extra time... get back to the window and they confront us did i flip off their worker?
Seriously? No. Paranoid much!?
THEY were the ones asked us to pull around and I was pointing to indicate that good grief! I'd have canceled my order at that point not feeling comfortable trusting them not to mess with it because clearly paranoid over confrontational children work there now, but couldn't even have a simple cancel. So we took it anyway... but I'm very upset by their attempt to be highly confrontational over their own request.
Terrible way to address the situation, very unprofessional and incompetent. I'll go elsewhere from here out so I can do business with a less quick to get worked up and overly sensitive crew. I don't handle people jumping to get a confrontational attitude with me, my son WANTED to give them the finger after their attitude at that point. I told him that's not how adults behave, maybe the crew could learn some professionalism and lose the quick to be salty attitude.
Since I'm still upset and can't enjoy lunch with my son... I'm leaving this review, and will modify it if Taco bell reaches out to reflect if they care about customers...
Read moreDisappointed in my experience here. The drive thru line was quite long so I went inside thinking it would be faster. After ordering my food I had to wait longer than if I had just stayed in my car because the staff waited until the drive thru line was done before making my food. I waited over 10 minutes before I heard the staff start my order.
Then I received a regular chalupa instead of the cheese crusted one I ordered, my burritos were rolled terribly and the tortillas were ripped in the middle creating messy wet burritos, and the quesadilla was made poorly with most of the tortilla empty due to the ingredients piled only in the center. The quesadilla's cheese wasn't melted all the way and it wasn't cut through at all except for a small, uneven triangle in the center.
Two people from the drive thru came in to get their incorrect orders fixed while I was waiting despite there being 3 people working the line (one of whom was a manager, I believe) and a drive thru person. Others had to ask multiple times for their cups due to staff forgetting and also not providing them in the lobby for guests who order their own food (which seems to be everyone since you have to order your food at a kiosk instead of talking to a person.)
I like the look of the new single prep line but staff should balance drive thru and inside orders, making them in order instead of prioritizing getting the drive thru line times down. (This store typically makes you pay at the window and then pull around the building where they bring you your food. This typically results in much longer wait times and the appearance of a fast drive thru. They weren't doing that on the day...
Read moreToday I witnessed the most horrible example of leader ship that I have ever seen in any kind of business whatsoever. I came into the store at exactly 4 PM and not only was I not greeted by anyone but it took about seven minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I made an order off of the kiosk and then I wanted to pay cash. There was a tall man with a laptop and Book bag sitting at one of the counters who I later learned was the owner. After I came in several others came in and they began to become very busy. There was talk amongst the staff that they were short handed and anyone in the restaurant or in line at the drive-through could’ve easily noticed that they were behind and they needed help. The owner stayed sitting at the counter scrolling through Facebook and on his laptop I’m assuming doing administrative work for his business that should’ve been done this morning. Two employees asked him for help he walked behind the counter where the food prep area is not only did he not help, he walked behind the food prep area and complained about staff that wasn’t there. Everyone is hurting for staff tight now and for anyone in a leadership position to literally sit back and watch their employees struggling is repulsive. He barely spoke to his employees but when he did it was negative demeaning and rude. Not one time did he step in and help assess work teamwork could have been re-constructed or offer any kind of...
