I have purchased twice from them now. Once on their Presidents day sale and recently on Black Friday. And neither time did they fail to impress me. I will not shop anywhere else for my bedroom needs. They have unbeatable pricing and again, excellent customer service. If only they sold vehicles, then buying cars would be a breeze and soooo much less intense and frustrating. They will literally let you try out every single bed and not force their biased opinions on you. All while leaving you to shop around, lay down and not hover over you while you try to make your selection. Then when you ask for their input, the service agent will go into detail about the product and advise you on other options to chose from even if it isn't in their store at the time. Which gives you a chance to visit another location to make your purchase or try out something they didn't have on hand. Plus, they will tell you to come back later once you've had personal time to mull over your options to best choose the right fit for your needs. To me, that is a plus!

Also, I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH how they throw in deals and extras for shopping in-store rather than online. -BONUS!!!

My experience with this company and their bank has been one of the worst purchase experiences of my life. July, 2024 I purchased a high end Simmons beauty rest mattress, a mechanical bed frame and was promised the following 1) 90 day no questions asked return if it didn't work out, 2) a $200 debit gift card for paying it off in 12 months. Admittedly, I was putting my dog down the next day and didn't ask enough questions. The mattress I got was too firm, and I'm STILL in PT (6 mos later) for a shoulder injury from that. When I looked into replacing it, I found out that 1) the expensive frame was NOT included in that offer (why wasn't I told that?) so I was stuck with it, and the mattress COULD be replaced and WAS, but not for free. It was $400 down the drain to replace it. $250 for restocking fee and $150 for pick up fee. (I wasn't told that either and consider it outright deceipt.) Then - the $200 debit card didn't come for months and I had to fight tooth and nail to get it. I finally got it in November, spent $29 of it and lost the rest. Someone got that number and used it fraudulently. Synchrony Bank was anything but helpful and eventually took the card back and canceled it. I was supposed to get a new one to replace it but never have. So I am out $600. I am retired, on social security, in not-so-great health with some expensive prescriptions and barely making it. I sprung for a luxury mattress because I spend so much time in bed, but I wish I had never walked in that store. They are pushy with their sales so be careful - or if you want to be safe, go...

Thank you to Coty and Tasha for helping us find the mattress that suited our needs. Coty started off helping us. He intently listened to what we were looking for. Made a very good recommendation of the purple mattress. Paired it with a very nice base to suit our preferences. He even helped us find the pillows (I liked them so much my husband joked they were the deal breaker) After Coty covered all the bases and created a wonderful set, Tasha took over and even offered to stay later to make sure we could get our order in that night! Tasha was a saint. She walked us through all the paper work and financing options. She reviewed our order with us to make sure everything was to our specifications. She even made sure we thought of the mattress protector sheet(we have a toddler)! This alone made me know she was really working towards our goals and interests.
