Changing my previous review because we've been having serious problems with this store. We've ordered here for year with few problems but I don't think we are ordering from this company ever again. The delivery people are great however who ever is running the store is awful. It all started last week when they delivered the wrong pizza. It was a deluxe so it cost more than the cheese pizza they delivered. The app only offers a refund for a medium two topping not a deluxe. We called the store for a remake which they said would be delivered 30 minutes later. Over an hour and a half later they delivered it. For the late delivery we were offered a large two topping for free. Today we tried to take up the offer however we could only get it by calling the store. The store talked us out of ordering through the app( the rest of our order) and order everything together through the phone. When my mother went to pick up the order she found out all the coupons were not valid in-store, something we were not told on the phone. It ended up costing ten dollars more than if we ordered through the app, basically we paid for the "free" pizza. My mother was so upset by the time she got home she couldn't eat. Read moreIf I could leave a review with 0 stars I would, the "assistant manager" was horrible, he provided terrible customer service. He left us on hold for like 10 minutes all to get us two pizzas delivered that gave multiple people food poisoning. I visited the store after to see how things are done and just as previous reviewers stated they don't wear gloves. The "assistant" clearly doesn't know the meaning of being in the people business, constantly cut me off as I was speaking, all because we asked for our money back on an order that was bad. You can comp peoples meals but if they get food poisoning you can't give them their money back for the insane dissatisfaction? You also are rude and say you don't have time to "deal with us" or explain it because you are "trying to run a business". let me tell you, without the customers you have no business. Whoever the person in this position is needs to be domoted or fired. Treating your customers like this is unacceptable and deplorable. I would not recommend that anyone eat here again. With a 7 mile limit on delivery if imagine their customer base is majority local, being from out of town on a job it was nearly impossible to place an order over the phone. The first person to answer practically hung up on me. "I'd like to place an order for delivery ... my address is ..." then the person waited and just put me on hold for a manager to try and figure out where the address is. If I'm ordering food, in 2020, I should NOT have to give step by step directions in what felt like a baited conversation. "where is that?... oh no our cut off is right before that..." I got the feeling no matter where I was they wouldn't have been able to deliver. This interaction has left me with line of questions and extreme dissatisfaction. Why is this store unable to use any technology to figure out where my address im ordering from is? Why doesn't the person answering the phone have any customer service skills, I.E. manners.
