We went to the McDonald's on 377 in Granbury and placed our order inside. We then got our drinks and sat to down wait for our food. We waited and waited. We watched all customers served, but us. I went up and ask the cashier what the hold up was and gave her our order number and then we continued to wait. I went to the restroom while waiting. My wife grabbed our receipt and walked up to the cashier and asked her what the hold up was. She explained that we had waited while everyone in the place had been served and they had come in after us. We did not order anything special that would require more time. She asked for the receipt and my wife handed it to her and by then I joined my wife speaking to the cashier so my wife went to sit down (she recently had back surgery and is unable to stand for long). We received our food and then someone, I can only assume it was a manager, came to our table and very loudly said she did not appreciate my wife throwing the receipt at her cashier and yelling at her. My wife told her that she did no such thing. She wanted to make sure she made a scene and all the customers could hear her. We should have immediately demanded she go and look at the cameras to see that this did not happen but did not think of it until we had already left. We were embarrassed and astounded that this happened when neither of us in any way was rude to anyone. I will note also that not a single one of the employees I saw were wearing a name tag to identify them. I will NEVER walk through their doors again and don't think I will ever go to another...
Read moreAbsolutely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and that's saying something. Though you can't expect much to begin with. I'm mostly frustrated with the amount of times something on the menu hasn't been available. I can't even count the number of times on one hand anymore. It's always, "sorry, we can't make that right now," or "sorry, we're cleaning the _ machine." It's not like I order anything extravagant, either. Some things that haven't been available were their Peppermint Hot Chocolate and a simple Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Extremely frustrating. I'm writing this review now because this just happened again and I'm so sick of it. Also, once when I ordered a Carmel Frappé I found a SCREW in my drink. Yeah, a screw. I could have choked on that. It was about the size of the tip of my pinky finger. Not to mention the time when we ordered a Coke and received Dr. Pepper instead. Do not waste your time here, because there's a very high chance that if you want something other than a burger or nuggets, you won't be able to get it because they just don't feel like making it. Read moreOrdered for curbside pickup today 5/22/2022, got there to check in and all their curbside spots were blocked off. Went to go inside to get my food instead (because the line for the drive thru was wrapped around the building), and there’s a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. So I call about getting my food and am told they’re short staffed with supposedly only 3 people so they won’t be bringing my food out curbside even though it was still available on their app. I offered to stand by their door so they could hand it to me and am told “yeah, that’s not gonna happen”. So I ask for my money back and she says “well you’d need to either go through the drive thru or come into the store because I need the card that was used to place the order.” How am I supposed to come in when the lobby is closed?! And the whole point was of ordering curbside was so I didn’t have to wait in the massive drive thru line. The lack of customer service is appalling honestly and we won’t be going to this location ever again. I still don’t have my money back and will have to wait until tomorrow to get ahold of...
