This particular Starbucks is very iffy on their service. We can go one time and the service is great, however on Monday President's day the service was one of those iffy days. Keep in mind we have three Starbucks in Granbury. We mobile ordered which gave them plenty of time. They were not busy only busy only two cars in front of us, one of which was about to leave. I asked for sugar in the raw in my hot coffee and stirred, because I am driving. I get it and it still taste just like none in it so I asked the girl she opens the lid and says it is there. The problem was it was not stirred it was just sitting on top. This may be a small thing, but we are not people that do Starbucks ever day or even several times a week. So when I do spend the money I expect it to be right. Forunately, my daughter was with and she stirred it up. It is just the fact of the matter that I asked them to and it wasn't done. I am sure some of you are thinking this is petty, but it is just one thing of many times. Last time my frap was not thick, like we asked. Read moreThis Starbucks is a hit or miss. I’ve already had to call the store and speak with the manager about my coffee cup being half way full previously. Then today, I placed my order using the app (which they want you to use) ON MY WAY to the store. I was there in less than 10 minutes. Then I had to sit in the line for an additional 10 minutes (I checked my order time). No biggie, if it’s busy, it’s busy. BUT I ordered a frap. When I got to the window and received the frap, it was watered down to a thin (like water seriously) drink. I said “oh no this one has already melted.” The pretty little Hispanic girl replied with “yeah, it doesn’t take that long.” …. What the actual hell. If you have a customer audibly voice dissatisfaction at the window, you should at least offer to fix it. There needs to be some retraining for handling complaints and finding a way to reach consistency. It is a waste of my money to order at that location at least 50% of the time. Read moreWe visit this Starbucks location at least five times a week and have never had an experience as disappointing as this one. We ordered two venti coffees but were handed grandes by mistake. The woman at the window was extremely kind and apologetic—she told us to go ahead and keep the drinks we were already handed and had taken a sip from, and that they would remake them in the correct size.
However, another employee came to the window, took the headset from the original lady, and told us we needed to return the drinks—even though we had already been told to keep them and had already started drinking them. She then handed the drinks back out the window without a single word—no apology, no thank you, nothing. Just cold, rude service.
This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at this location. The attitude and handling by that second employee were completely unprofessional and made us feel like we were the ones who had done something wrong. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses it—because if this becomes the new norm, we’ll stop...
