I have come to this store practically every day for the last 2 years. I get the same drink every time. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating when something isn’t right even if i don’t say anything. However, the manager Freedom Noble is very disrespectful to customers. I found that out today. This is my first encounter with the man. He gave me a drink which it was spilling out the top and when he handed it to me it spilled into my lap. When I asked for a napkin he acted very put out. As I pulled away, I took a sip of my drink and it wasn’t right at all. So I pulled in a parking spot and went in to have it fixed. No big deal. The other staff member was very nice but Freedom immediately told me he made my drink and it was right. I said “ I’m not saying you made it wrong but it tastes like there’s vanilla in it and it reminds me of eggnog.” I got an eye roll, told there was no vanilla in it. Again I was nice and said “the manager yesterday told me sometimes things don’t turn out right and they are happy to remake the drink.” This lit a fire and made him very anger. I did not know he was the manager and he proceeded to interrogate me about who this person was as if they had done something wrong. He asked for the girls description which I told him. He immediately said “no one works here who looks like that.” Was she wearing a cardigan and that’s why you thought she was a manager?!” I have no Idea what she was wearing. “What would make you think she was a manager?!” I responded “her behavior”. He then proceeded to tell me “we could spend half a day remaking your drink and it probably wouldn’t be right.” With that I left. He was over the top and rude. Regardless of what his day was like, he had no right to be verbally abusive. The customer is always right and a manager should never talk like that to a customer. I will not be back as long as he is there. There are several other employees there that are better suited for a manager position than him. I did call corporate and the...
Read moreStarbucks has transcended the role of a simple coffee shop to become a global cultural touchstone. Its success is rooted in the meticulous creation of a consistent brand experience—a reliable "third place" between home and work. While coffee purists may debate the merits of its darker roasts, the vast majority of consumers rely on Starbucks for a consistently high-quality beverage. The brand's commitment to sourcing premium Arabica beans and adhering to standardized brewing techniques guarantees that a signature drink, whether it's a Pumpkin Spice Latte in Chicago or a flat white in London, delivers the same familiar flavor profile every time. Yet, the Starbucks experience is a complex one. While baristas are trained for friendly efficiency, the service can sometimes feel rushed, especially during the frenetic morning rush. The company's emphasis on mobile ordering has, for better or worse, altered the traditional cafe atmosphere, trading casual conversation for speed and convenience. Despite prices that reflect its premium positioning, Starbucks remains a go-to choice for a daily treat or a dependable meeting spot. Ultimately, the brand's enduring power lies in its ability to blend consistent quality with a powerful, albeit sometimes impersonal,...
Read moreThis Starbucks in Granbury is the BEST!!! This is the one that is located off US HWY 377, and is just in front of Kroger. It has a lovely sitting area inside, complete with comfortable wall seats, smaller tables and chairs perfect for groups of two, a longer table with bar chairs, AND a lovely lounge area with a coffee table. Outside seating and tables are also available. From the moment that my family and I enter this Starbucks, we are greeted with a friendly “ welcome!” And, even if we briefly step outside to come back in, they are kind to say “ welcome back!” The drinks that we order are made to perfection! And, they have scrumptious cookies and salty snacks, too. One of few Starbucks locations I know of that have the lovely and cozy indoor seating, as some have changed to strictly drive through and/ or pick up orders. PLEASE don’t change! We love you just the...
