This place has great food. I always get the red curry with tofu, and it's the bee's knees! If you haven't tried Thai food before, then give this place a go. If you have had Thai food before, then I'm sure you'll really enjoy this as well. My sister and brother-in-law took me here last year, and I've been coming back once a month ever since. My sister recommends their spring rolls and Thai tea. They have a variety of food to try, but all of their curry is great. I recommend getting mild to start off because it can get a little spicy. The wait staff is really nice, and are usually really speedy at getting everything out to you. The only issue I have is the dust that collects on their decor on the walls. Other than that it's really a nice place to eat.

My first time there and I give it 5 stars. The iced Thai tea is the best I've had. It was on the sweeter side; so creamy and sweet. I had the Mild Sweet and Sour Chicken with white rice and the Chicken Satay with peanut sauce and cucumber sauce. The cucumber sauce was sweet like honey. The chicken was lightly seasoned with curry. My entree came with rice soup. Very light in flavor with rice and green onion. It's not oily like Chinese won ton soup. Perfect for summer. My mom had the Seafood Medley minus the imitation crab in light curry cream sauce with white rice. 🌶️You choose the level of spicyness. It was very clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and checked on us often. ☺️

Delicious Thai food! Large portions and good value. Menu has a wide variety of dishes. My favorites are Pad Thai and green curry, but I like everything I‘ve tried there. I usually go with medium spice level which has some heat but not too hot. You can also choose no spice, mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot. Restaurant is clean and comfortable, causal setting. It's been busy the few times I've visited and I see why! Would definitely stop by again when I'm in the area to try more dishes.

We found a piece of raw chicken in my daughters food, so non of us wanted to eat the food kinda ruined the whole meal. When called at first they said they would give a full refund and that they was sorry! I took food and receipt in they decided to change mind and said they would give us the $12 for the kids meal saying it’s unfair to them to have to refund it…. I gave $10 tip when I asked for that back the brushed it off. They was very rude when I walked in as well and the owner mrs. Sue was as well. Overall very bad experience and will never recommend to anyone!

This is her husband by the way we share account. They was not professional at all of course they are going to say that , Mrs. Sue and I believe the manager wasn’t at all. If you pulled the audio you would have heard stated that we will give you a full refund not just for they kids meal. Also who would want to keep eating the food after they find raw chicken ? Would you ? Also in audio I stated multiple time we ate some of the food before the raw chicken was found then no one wanted to eat anymore after said fact. Also the children’s food wasn’t gone she took half of one and half of the other dumped into one box and said that it was completely gone! Stated in call as well is we did not want to leave bad review and was trying to resolve the situation. Also I did say what about the tip my wife left and it was brushed off. I have no reason to lie I know mistakes are made. It’s the lie about the refund and the unprofessionalism that made me write the review. I don’t know anyone that wouldn’t be upset about spending almost $100 and then getting raw food. There was no understanding besides the realization that I didn’t want to start problems….

Review without the RAW chicken is the food didn’t taste bad but was really salty. If didn’t have the bad service and raw chicken I would give it a 3⭐️.

But came recommended by family friend for the Fenton location maybe that...

I am a frequent customer at Bangkok, and would chose it over any other Asian food around. However, I ordered lunch today and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. First off, I called to place my order of "yellow curry noodles" and upon picking my order up, and opening it when I got home I realized I have received "yellow curry." Although this may not seem like a big deal, one is a noodle dish and the other is a rice dish, so in fact they are very different. Disappointed, I called the restaurant back and told them what had happened. I was told by the girl on the phone that I could come back and they would give me the correct order. Due to the fact it was 5 degrees outside, I told her that I would just keep the order I got, but asked if the next time I came in if I could be reimbursed or given a free meal. She transferred the phone to another girl, who I again had to tell the whole story to (annoying). She said if I didn't want to come back, the best she could do was write my name down and give me 15% off my next order. 15 PERCENT?! For their mess up?! With that being said, I told her I would come back and get the correct order, because it was ridiculous that at another time I wouldn't be reimbursed for the messed up meal I received. I went back to pick up the right order, in again, FIVE DEGREE weather, and was given a "free" spring roll... a free $1 spring roll! Wow, thank you for the generosity! Needless to say, although I did get my correct order, I will not be returning to this location any time soon, due to the poor...

Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. Almost $20 for a lunch portion entree. Also, they messed up our order (ordered chicken pad Thai and they put in shrimp). I get mistakes happened and when I called the young girl said she made a mistake and asked if I could come back up and she’d put a rush on it. I drove back up but they wouldn’t give me the meal until I brought back the order they made wrong. They could have told me they wanted it back even after the girl admitted she put the order in wrong. So I had to go back home, get the food, and make a third trip back. They put the inconvenience on the customer instead of just saying sorry, here is the order that you already paid for. I assume they may resell the bad orders they make and have returned, not knowing what people did to the food, or if it came from a home that had Covid or any other illness. We will never go back.

My response to your response: my comment about the lunch portion being $20 was about your dinner portions being the size of an average lunch portion. Also, I did not toss the meal I brought back to the little old lady, I set it down right in front of her. And I was not loud with her, I was speaking so she could hear me because she was speaking over me. Please don’t contradict me on this because your surveillance cameras will confirm that. Also, I was never told to bring the meal back. You can confirm that on your surveillance cameras since they seem to...
