The manager at this location was very rude and caused my mother to have an allergic reaction due to a lack of knowledge of her job and lying to customers. We had ordered 2 large coffees and 1 medium, we ended up getting 2 medium and 1 large. Which I wasn't even that upset about, I didn't say anything because I know accidents happen sometimes. My mother and I stood at the counter and waited for our drinks because it wasn't busy. The manager(when asked her name she said "No") then slid our drinks over to us. She said which was which, I didn't hear her very well because she mumbled a bit and was quite dismissive, so I asked again to verify. Knowing my mother is allergic to one of the drinks we were receiving, and one of the drinks wasnt for a family member, I didn't want to drink theirs, I wanted to make sure we knew which was which. It would have been easier if they had gotten the sizes we ordered right in the first place. Or even labeled the drinks like others I've been to. Anyways, we decided to trust the person serving our drinks and went on our way. I immediately noticed that my white pumpkin drink didn't taste how I thought it should, but it was good. I didn't know how it was supposed to taste in the first place. So I just kept drinking because I was told this was my drink. We then go next door to deliver the other drink to our friend. Which is when my mother takes a drink of the one we were told was hers, we then realize there was a mix up beyond just our sizes. I then walk back over and begin explaining the situation to the manager, who then cuts me off and assumes what I am asking without letting me finish. I went in there with intentions of seeing if they could replace the drink with one sip out of it, that my mother is allergic to, and if not, I was just going to buy a whole new one. The manager(a middle aged white female whom is short, plump, with long dark hair, and glasses) snapped at me saying "It's not our fault you drank the wrong drink, we are not going to remake it for you when it's half gone." Referring to the one in my hand, which is not the one I was intending to trade in. I then tried to explain that she was the one who told us which was which, she then cut me off again saying, lying, "The drinks had been sitting out for a couple minutes, the caramel one was up front. It's not our fault you didn't pay attention." I never mentioned the caramel drink, that one went to the correct person, no problem. So she didn't even know what she was talking about. And the drinks were handed directly to us, so how could they have been sitting there for minutes when we were right at the counter? This was a little hard for me to articulate because I have tourette's and I stutter when I am anxious. Especially when someone is being unnecessarily aggressive and rude. She had rolled her eyes at least twice during this with her arms crossed, unwilling to hear a word. I didn't want to argue with someone who wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. So I walked back out on the verge of tears to my mother. My mother went back in to ask for a receipt and for the mangers name. We received the receipt, she said her name was "No" and gave us the email for the store. That one sip of the drink was enough for my mother to have to take Benadryl because her face and tongue began to swell up. We almost had to go to the hospital because of a "simple" mistake of someone who is supposed to be in charge not knowing how to...
Read moreI visited this location around 9 a.m. 5/15/25. I run an office myself so I want to be very clear to leadership what employees I am speaking of. I ordered two frozen Caramel Marvels. After waiting for some time (everyone behind me had left), no one called out my order, so I went to check on it. I saw two large hot coffees sitting on the counter. When I asked if these were supposed to be the frozen drinks I ordered, a younger female employee with short dark hair responded with a flat “yup,” without making eye contact or acknowledging the mistake. I explained that I had ordered the drinks frozen, but she offered no response and walked away.
A few minutes later, another employee with dark hair and glasses called out to me from across the counter, saying there was an upcharge for frozen drinks and that I needed to pay. Her tone was noticeably irritated and abrupt. I approached the counter and asked if there was a problem, as I had clearly ordered frozen drinks from the beginning and she had an attitude. She curtly responded that they were busy and said she “wasn’t a fan of my attitude either” a response that frankly shocked me.
I fully understand that busy mornings can be stressful, and mistakes happen—that’s not the issue. What was disappointing was the dismissive and unprofessional attitude from multiple staff members. A simple acknowledgment of the error and a polite resolution would have gone a long way. Instead, I was met with defensiveness and poor customer service.
Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that we’ll be taking our...
Read moreI had to change my review here. They've canceled my order on doordash so many times it's crazy. Like they never have bagels in stock. Early in the morning. Makes no sense. And not to mention there's a girl that works there she wears glasses. The 2 times I saw her she was sitting on the floor right in front of the counter. Didn't even know I walked in. Second time. She had attitude that seemed to come from a personal problem and I felt very uncomfortable making my order with the nasty look on her face. I didn't even leave a tip and I always leave a tip anywhere I go. Then when she made me drink just set it down on the counter and acted like I wasn't there. This isn't the first employee that's been rude here. I'll be going to the new bigby that's opened in GB. at least they have good...
