Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Grand Blanc Charter Township

Tonight I visited this location ice cream wise was great. And the original individual I was working with Hailee was kind, but my gift card wasn’t working. When she was asking for assistance, the manager was very loud and directly rude to me telling me I’m out of luck. She couldn’t provide any suggestion and just told me I had no money and that my cards were inactive. Another team member, though intervened and slowed down to talk through the process. She checked the balance in good. Tell that there was money on them, but their system just wasn’t working with them to use the cards. The manager that was working was named Bethany, and the individual who helped me was telling me that the managers working kept being rude To customers. The best dairy queen in all of grand blanc, well maybe thats vecause its the only one in grand blanc but thats besides the point! They have ice cream and LOTS of it here! Every flavor shape and color ice cream your head could ever imagine and its under one roof! Grand blanc orange julius dairy queen! Tho its a smaller store your sure to get alot of BIG flavor packed into that blue dairy queen cup the blizzards come in. Me persobally im a reeses peanutbutter cup type personality and i absolutly LOVE the NEW chocolate lovers reeses peanut butter blizzard that is newly released at all dairy queen locations nation wide( checkem both out!) Anyways this place sells ice cream so there is no way you qont enjoy your stay at this location, the only limitations you have here are going to be brought on by your wallet but i bet you wont leave dissatisfied!

By far the worst dairy queen experience ever. Paid with my debit card and the young guy and girl working kept my card walked off to the side giggling made me feel the need to lock my debit card as it took a long time for it to be returned to me. Also I ordered a carmal moo latte and there was no Carmel mostly vanilla ice cream and no carmel on top like in the picture on website. Also ordered a banana split, worst made ever all toppings were mixed together instead of separate. But by far the worst experience handing over my debit card to young immature people who felt the need to keep my card a long time walk away from the windows and the female walked over to watch us in drive thru giggling while the young boy had my card.
