We ordered by phone to make sure they were open and that went smoothly. There was a minor mixup on where to pick up the order, but no big deal. Not even worth a fraction of a star to me.
We took the food back to the hotel, it was late and we were all tired. See pics for the food. Both my kids devoured their food. The sweet potato fries didnt have the cinnamon sugar, but they were still ok. (The rest of the food saved the rating..but if I could give a half star, I would knock off a half for that infraction. ) The fried green beans...well, my main complaint is they don't have a basket size for those!!!!!! YUM!!!!!! Oh, and with that Chipolte ranch sauce!!! Double Yum!!! I need more. Like...now!!
My burger was the Freakin Burger and I have to say to was freakin' good. The freaking sauce is delicious. The meat was really good. But what stuck out to me were the pickles. Now, normally, I pick out the droopy, sour pickles if I forget to have them omitted when I order. But when I CRUNCHED into that thick sturdy green disk of dill-iciousness...well..I thought, "that was unexpected!" I did not pick these off. The were fresh and crisp like a cucumber and had the best dill flavoring I've had in a long time. I wish I'd ordered extra. Yum!!!!
We got done and we were all satisfied. I would definitely go back again snd again. When I find myself in the area, this will certainly be my lunch or...
Read moreOn today, July 21, 2025 during day shift a previously loyal customer had a deeply disappointing experience that was largely shaped by the conduct of the on-duty manager. Unfortunately, this individual, who refused to provide her name when asked, demonstrated a concerning lack of accountability and professionalism. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or working toward a resolution, the manager became dismissive and defensive. Rather than listening to the customer’s concern, she deflected blame and showed no willingness to make the situation right. Her unwillingness to admit errors not only undermines trust but also sets a poor example for the rest of the staff. In hospitality and service management, integrity, transparency, and ownership are essential qualities. Regrettably, this manager’s approach was marked by a lack of those values. The encounter left me questioning the leadership culture of the establishment, and whether customer satisfaction is truly a priority. Overall, I would caution others to temper their expectations when it comes to conflict resolution or management-level support at this location. A business can’t thrive on good food alone if leadership fails to honor basic standards of respect and...

Shout out to Brad for being professional, kind, and accommodating. We got the Olive Burger with fried chicken Patty as a substitute, and the fireburger added a fried egg. We split each.
Olive Tapenade Burger Rating: 3 Fire Burger Rating: 3.5
The fillings/toppings were flavorful and delicious (a 4) but the protein was lukewarm which brought the overall food experience down (the fries were warmer). Some people like it that way though, so it's up to your preference.
Definitely recommend making sure the food is made and brought out while it's hottest.
⭐️BURGER SUGGESTION: Chopping up the jalapeños then putting the cheese on top to melt over for even allocation of spice OR maybe add 1 or 2 more slices of jalapeños for an added or even punch of spice.
Ingredients were fresh, which was appreciated!
Ordered the Freakin Fries (seasoned fries) and Thai Aoli fries (has a nice sweetness and really good).
Both were tasty. For my seasoning lovers, ask for extra seasoning on freakin fries because they are lightly seasoned.
Prices were good and reasonable. A little over $30.00 for both meals...
