Decided to get breakfast before work at 2:00am. One other vehicle in drive thru before us. It took about 7 minutes for that vehicle to get from the first window to the second. The woman taking our order interrupted us repeatedly. I ordered a Mcgriddle sandwich. I was told by the woman taking our order they did not have any.... seriously, this is on a Saturday. Finally completed our order after 5-7 minutes at the speaker. Drive up to the first window to wait another 5 minutes before the woman opened the window to give us our total, which she was calculating on her cell phone. Total was around $16. I asked for a receipt, was told their computers are down. Handed her a $20, after calculating what our change would be, she couldn't figure out how to open the drawer and called another worker over to help. That worker yelled for her to use the key... Irritated by this point, we drive to the secone window. The manager is at that window. She is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I asked her if I could get a receipt and she tried, but the POS system was updating. I asked her how they were out of Mcgriddles and she informed us rather surprised that they were in fact NOT out of them. She was surprised that the other woman told us so. She asked why we were told that and the worker who was "helping" the first window worker yelled back, "well they would have had to wait 5 minutes for them to cook. We didn't want to cook them." 🤔🤔 Um... well, that is your job. The manager was very apologetic. She was kind, attentive, and trying to make up for the other workers careless attitudes. She asked if I would like the Mcgriddles, but I was not willing to wait any longer. They could have made the things 3 times by the time we got through the drive thru. I used to manage a McDonald's during the same night shift. This manager was great, unfortunately, her staff is not. I rarely eat there to begin with, but will spend my money elsewhere from now on. It is a shame that a fast food restaurant hires people that don't want to actually have food ready for customers. I understand it was at 2 am, but in the time we were there, 4 other vehicles arrived in the drive thru, one left without ordering. So, there is definitely enough customers visiting at those hours to have...
Read moreEdited Review for 2022: To sum it up, this location is decent when you go to the location, and one of the most terrible delivery locations hands down.
If you want McDonald's, do not bother ordering food while this store is the location its coming from. Half of your order will be missing or just wrong. My last 3 orders have been missing all ice cream from the order, as well as several small items like fries or cookies.
I have almost never had a single problem when going to this location in person, never missing an item and always getting quality food, but the difference between that and delivery is truly night and day. I would call and complain to the store but it seems none of the people working actually care about any feedback, nor has it ever seemed to change anything after the fact. Whoever bags their DoorDash orders needs to be retrained or moved somewhere else because they are very regularly messing up what I imagine to be every single order.
When I called to ask if it was simply a miscommunication between Dasher and Store, and that maybe they werent serving ice cream anymore, the person who answered the phone told me that they were still serving ice cream, and when I mentioned they had an order recently that someone forgot my Mcflurry and shake, she said the only order they had recently with ice cream was 2 shakes. It only took 20 minutes from time of ordering food to it being delivered, so I dont know how she can confidently say the only order they had recently was 2 shakes, when mine was immediately before that.
All in all, only drive to this location, never Doordash, you'll not get half your order and complaining to either them or doordash will never...
Read moreEdit: After checking reviews I've left for different shops and eateries, I will absolutely append that prices for all McDonald are insanely overpriced and the food quality is seemingly worse than it was 5-10 years ago. The fries especially do not have that flavor they used to have and the burgers, while still the reason I will come here, just don't seem that great unless they are just done fresh and only fresh. I don't blame each franchise owner for trying to survive, but my wallet certainly will for not picking something in the local area that actually gives me my dollars worth. If I spend above 10, it's culvers/jersey mike/pita way/etc since all of those are just as fast if not faster and give you a larger amount of food. And I don't always want more, but if I pay more I would expect the quality to go up astronomically but I guess it's just inflation. The workers around her are all great, no one's the problem they all work hard every day. It's the lack of price control that will cost the company dearly though.
Original with spelling/grammer fixes: (2022) I've been eating here since 2013, so around 9 years later you've seen it all. Sometimes the line is long, sometimes the order gets mixed up, heck, sometimes they have some absolutely garbage people employed. But for a Mcdonalds they get the job done and have spent my fair share of money here. Could they have healthier food, yeah. Could they have better selection, maybe. Could they give back the reese mcflurry? Yes! Horrible company. But it's been reliable and somewhere I know I'm not gonna get spit in my food or mostly hair free food (it's happened but luckily I can count it on 1 hand). Guess that's a reliable...
