Bully Brew Coffee - Grand Forks — Restaurant in Grand Forks

Honestly, I want to love this place so bad. But my main issue is consistency. I never get the same drink twice, for example I was in last Monday and ordered a London fog with oatmilk and lavender. It was perfect 🥰 I was in love. However I stopped in today and ordered the same thing and instead I was given English breakfast with some oat milk..... this isn't the first time this has happend I have the same issue with the raspberry white mocha... some times it has coffee in it and some times it doesn't. Or I loved their breakfast sandwiches while I was pregnant until I got one with raw bacon 🤢. It's really frustrating to not get what you ask for especially with the price. I want to support local and small businesses but I also am tired of comming here and not getting what I paid for. Though I will say the beristas are...

Bully Brew was very full today, this Sunday afternoon. Every spot was taken and Veronica handled it all with staying on top of it. She had a smile for all the people at the counter and more just kept coming in. It was a cold day and lots of people coming in for lunch and coffee! Veronica was so courteous and professional to customers. She was simply swamped, but just kept giving great customer service! We ordered sandwiches and bagels and they were delicious! Coffee is always fresh and many bodied cofffees to choose from, flavored, and speciality coffees! We always enjoy coming to Bully Brew with great food and pleasant staff! The owner always has Bully decorated so nicely and really is on top of things! Thank You for such a great coffee...

Very good food and customer service, I order here a lot. However, the workers don't seem to wanna follow an order. Its typically small stuff, but nearly every order I place has something that isn't what I ordered. For example, instead of an ice coffee, ill get it hot, dairy milk instead of almond (im lactose intolerant so thats NEVER good) or ill order the Lucy (basically a BLT) and there won't be any tomato or lettuce as well as lots of times the bagels are still doughy.
