Buffalo wild wings Manager, Andrew was absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional, I've never been disrespected like that by a manager or anybody in the industry! I won money on the machines tonight his server dropped my winning ticket and I didn't realize; luckily I took a picture of my winnings because they wanted me to prove it was mine. One, your server dropped the ticket, two, I was the only table right there as a restaurant worker I would have asked hey did you drop this! Anyway, I asked my server if they found a ticket, again they made me show proof, the table behind us; who I didn't know witnessed me winning told the manager! The manager scolded me on dropping the ticket and I need to be careful in a very rude tone, even though his server dropped it when he cleared plates. I asked him why he was being rude he responded you were rude first; I wasn't rude until that response, and after he kept going, and then the manager threw my money at me and shook his head and walked away staring me down! When I asked another employee what his name was, Andrew(manager) came back to my table to come argue and be rude got in my face and told me his name, so the server must have told him we asked his name, and then when I asked for the general managers name he told me, very rudely spelled it out as if I'm stupid, and then told me good luck with complaining, basically nose to nose in my face. I was with my general manager from one of my restaurant jobs and he would never ever treat a guest like that, if anything they side with the guest over us!! This experience was extremely shocking and we used to come here and spend almost $300 dollars and tip amazing, we all work in the industry, never will we ever be back!! I can only hope Andrew gets the help/training he needs to not treat other guests as I was treated! I wish they would look at the camera's because all of this is...
Read moreThis restaurant deserves ZERO stars. The managers are very rude and dismissive. Before I say what happen I want to offer a little back story. I have been here twice before and the first time I overheard the waitress tell the customers behind me that if they ordered a kids meal that it would be cheaper and they did not have kids. So the 2nd time I went I had ordered a couple of kids meals and was charged that price for kids meal. Now this 3rd time I asked the waitress what their special was and she said, "the kids meal" so I ordered 2 at this time she did not inform me that they would be full price she just said ok 2 kids meals and when I received my bill it was way more than it should have been. The waitress told me after I paid the bill that I couldn't get the kids meal price, It's deceiving. She has a responsibility to inform her customers. I asked to speak to the manager and there were 2. The first one wouldn't listen to anything and the 2nd one just slammed a menu on the table and said, "end of discussion." he is a big guy with tats all over his arms. he scared my son so bad we left before the game was over. NO ONE SHOULD NEVER BE INTIMIDATED AT A RESTURANT TO THE POINT WHERE THEY FEEL THEY NEED TO LEAVE EARLY. VERY AGRESSIVE. If I ordered 2 kids meal to go would they charge me for adult price? If it is your policy that you have to be 11 or 12 as the waitress claimed after I paid then this should be relayed to customer's especially AFTER you had already charged them kids meal price before. Because of how dismissive they were I asked for the number to cooperate office and they refused, told me to look it up myself. Very rude, if you're going to have an attitude with customers then maybe that's not the...
Read moreSo, I was out with a few friends getting ready to watch game 5. My friend ordered a beer, and it came with a hair in it and the waiter noticed it right away, so she apologized and took it back. My friend initially made a joke about it being free, and everyone laughed. So she got a new one, drank it, and it was fine. When she got her second, it also had a hair in it, and we waived our waiter to come look and we all laughed. The waiter again apologized, and said she would get her manager this time. The manager was bald, came, and made a joke saying it was his hair which was actually funny. He then went on to say that he didn’t have anyone who’s hair it could be, and asked if “we were good,” and left. Not offering any explanation or compensation for the hair other than saying he didn’t have anyone who’s hair it could be. My friend went to the restroom, came back and was upset and thought he might have implied that it was her doing it, so we asked the waiter to have the manager come back. When he came back, my friend asked if there was anyone who could have put it in accidentally, he said no, and she then asked if he was implying that it was her. He didn’t really acknowledge it, but said that the lady pouring the beer had her hair pulled back. My friend expressed that he was upset, and he said, “what would you like me to do about it?” My friend said, “I’ll take this new beer free or you can take it back.” The assistant manger didn’t hesitate to take it back. Poor customer service...
