I get that it’s a newer store. But I came through and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a drink. I got to the window and was told there were no more everything bagels. She offered a plain bagel I said sure that’s fine. She came back 2 minutes later saying there’s no plain bagels. I said okay, a blueberry muffin would be fine. She came back 2 minutes later saying there were no blueberry muffins. And instead of offering me to choose from what they DID have, I was given a “oops” card with $4 and told that they’re just not communicating right and I was expected to just leave... after I paid for my bagel which I never got. I understand that the $4 card was supposed to fix that but I was left with still having to pay for my food, and leaving with no breakfast... which is not ideal when I have a car of children crying (one of whom I’m breastfeeding) as I’m driving to a play group 30 minutes away and now I won’t get the chance to eat for another 3 hours. Just frustrating that I wasn’t offered what they actually DID have and was basically shoo’d away because they couldn’t figure it out on their end. On top of this out of the maybe 5 times I’ve come here I’ve had 2 of my drinks made...
Read moreI’m a loyalist when it comes to anything Starbucks but the service I received today was comparable to the service you’d expect to receive from the DMV, the lady that was helping me started off by making me come through the door that I was holding open for her because her hands were clearly full and that inner Minnesota Nice told me hold that door open for her... but she pretty much stood there and looked at me like I was an alien! So I continue on in and go up to order, had to wait for “garbage take out lady” to come place my order... doubt she washed her hands tbh..... I then placed my order but not before I snapped a picture of the food display cabinet with approximately 4 flies in there.... I even mentioned to her kindly because I thought maybe Starbucks as a Brand wouldn’t want there to be flies flying all over the display food? ... and she snapped back at me and completely ignored my observation and asked “what is your name?” I’m like lady did you completely just blow off what i said? And she did... also she wasn’t following the employee dress code No apron, No name tag, and overall had the vibe that she rather not be...
Read moreThis month alone I’ve spent over $300 dollars to be completely disappointed and regretting not using this money to buy my own espresso machine vs dealing with the attitudes of people here. I am going to drive to the other side of town or now go to the urban just to avoid the workers here. I’m shocked at how the manager is okay with how awful the peoples attitudes are. I’m such a happy person and I come in with the best attitude and leave upset and with the drinks I ordered wrong half the time. I usually even tip the cost of my drink alone and usually those are the days I’m treated the worst. I wanted to avoid writing this but management needs to do something. I’ve been handling this professionally and ignoring it for a year but I’ve had it. Please do something because I don’t want to have to drive across town so you don’t have to do...
