McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Haven

This review is based on treatment from drive thru order taker. Drive thru had two lanes. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker I heard: just minute. A car pulled up in the other lane after I was told: Just a minute. After that car pulled away, I said: Hello. Again I was told, just a minute. Another car pulled up in the other lane. Their order was taken. I drove to the payment window. She tried to ignore me but I had no intention of being ignored. Finally she opened the window and said I don't have an order. I told her she refused to take my order. She did not apologize or invent an excuse. I have no idea what was wrong with her but clearly something was wrong with her. I don't believe McDonald's cares abt their customers. I normally don't go to McDonald's because in general service and food are poor. on this day I was driving to Chicago and was thirsty. If I could give a -5 I would. There's a staff member/ maybe? mgmt named Brooke who isn't only extremely Rude, but unhinged. Who should not be working with people in public. She was yelling at my 65 yr old mother being rude through the drive up, because my mother asked for ranch, & she didn't feel like to going to get it.Totally unprovoked outburst. Several people have said she's a problem towards customers & other employees. Yet corporate will do nothing about it. I tried to talk to mgmt. After . She went to the phone to pretend to call someone. Then decided to tell me she was mgmt. She told me she Hopes to lose her job anyway. So hopefully she gets her wish. Ordered via the mobile app. An oreo flurry and a kids hamburger happy meal, both sides were fries. Only came with 1 fry.. the shake machine was being cleaned or something?? They could refund my money, I said ok.... the guy at the window comes back with this coupon for a "free combo meal" . Then says it includes the flurry. I don't see anywhere on the coupon where it states that the flurry is included. My card is charged for the entire amount. I didn't authorize the coupon, I authorized the refund. I don't live in that city, as I told him. It also has an expiration date of 7/1/23! Not even 2 months to use the f'n thing! I was in a hurry otherwise I would have questioned him more at the time. I will MAYBE be stopping by this particular store 1 more time, but it is very unlikely that I will be in that town any time soon.
