Arby's — Restaurant in Grand Island

Very nice Arby's. The staff is super friendly...They seem to genuinely care about your order being right! This drive-thru gets the orders right and it's quick. Reasonably priced meals and they have a great menu. Their new crinkle fries are awesome! The spicy fish sandwich is the best fish sandwich in town. The wings are great and at a good price! They are short staffed like many of the businesses in town and the dining room is closed sometimes, so the drive-thru might have a short wait, but it's worth it. I felt unwanted here.. the lady that took my order seemed irritated that I came there I spent $50 buck for my food to be old the fries seemed like they were burnt i asked for fries no salt. As I watched them cook they left them there for 3 mins as I waited for the burgers they were hard like I got burgers that sat there then finally got my food the lady asked if I wanted sauce I said arby sauce please she grabbed three a tossed them in the bag like she was frustrated. Don't worry I only need one time to be discriminated against won't ever go there again. Rude.. because I like Arby's but to be treated like that.....

Arguably the worst Arby's ever. After waiting 20 plus minutes for our food,watching people who came in way after us get served, my husband went and spoke to a very kind manager that comped our meal and gave us free tickets for meals. But then when we were leaving, a girl who had passed herself off as the manager (chunky, short, short blonde hair, backwards ballcap) was in the parking lot talking s**t about my husband. Normally,I would've asked her what her problem was, but my 17 month old son was there and I'm praying that by leaving this review, the powers that be at this Arby's see this and...
