McDonald's — Restaurant in Grand Island

Not one to leave a bad review but I find it absolutely ridiculous that i’m parked every single time. Every car in front of me is parked as well mind you I usually order 2 simple items like a cheeseburger and a mcchicken nothing else. I don’t even blame the employees I know how much they drill drive times down your throat. Seriously this store needs to learn when it’s actually appropriate to park people. Big orders, Items like the quarter pounder that are made fresh even maybe when waiting on fries that’s understandable. Parking every single car is ridiculous and makes me actually never want to come back it’s not fair for the employees who have to walk out every order and it’s not fair for the customers who have to wait longer than they would if they just stayed in the drive thru because their order gets more pushed back then having to wait for someone to bring it out it’s just ridiculous not to mention how terrible it is in that parking lot with employees constantly walking back and fourth. Horrible. Don't bother wasting your time and money. My three friends and I went one night around 1 after watching a movie and it took them ten minutes to even notice us standing there. We were then addressed with a pert "what do you want", and informed there were no fries, so don't order any. After one friend ordered a sandwich, he proceeded to ask for his drink cup and was rudely told that "he will get it when he gets his food". Then another friend and I ordered a ten piece to share and, rather annoyed that my friend didn't get his cup, I told the cashier I had a really sore throat and cough and would greatly appreciate it if I could have my cup because I needed a drink (entirely true). Again, I was told its against store policy and I'd have to wait. Then we finally got our food after fifteen minutes of waiting and listening to the lady in drive-thru inform customer after customer they had no fries and she'd have to give them hash brown instead. I had to review the mix-match service I have gotten for the past 2-3 month and ya'll would be amuse and maybe displease at the same time. Let's start with whomever work the shifts after 6pm recently and does nuggets, bless your heart for being OCD when packing them to making them super juicy and tender. It was very pleasing to your performance and delivery. I had one night my card was deny and had to walk-in for curbside pick up (thanks gas station on that freeze) I realize I left my mask in the car but really would just 10ft myself if anything. The employee who was on break was trying to get me service was yelling his lungs out and bless his heart. I was okay waiting until someone cracked and apologized for no mask. Any other time I've noticed some of the burgers buns been burnt or overly dry or poorly constructed. I get it is the end of your shift but man, the buns don't deserve it! Either way keep it up new and old workers I appreciate your quality and time to serve us...
